Ive kind of thrown myself back into work maybe a bit too quickly and I was up all last night with really severe pains across the top of my foot/around my ankle. Expand Well I've had an awful cold for a couple of weeks and just couldn't shift the cough. Since I got the all clear I’ve been back to the gym and doing alright but playing 7 a side is murdering me. Played last night and thought I had been hit by a golf ball, snapped my calf muscle, crutches the lot.
