Went to me mate’s to watch the match yesterday and I said that Yanks owning a majority of the premier league clubs, ie enough to get rules passed, changes etc made has the potential to be the worst thing that’s ever happened to the game in this country

At some point Wrexham and Birmingham City will get promoted. See also the  potential sale of Spurs... then we'll likely see the end of relegation...and league games in Miami and LA...

Quite an interesting watch. The arrival of the "personal seat licence", which is basically the amount you have to pay to give you the opportunity to buy your season ticket. Like how the membership gives you the opportunity to enter a ballot to buy a ticket.

With the number of American owners in the PL now, you have to worry this is where we'll end up.

The team in the video is moving stadium, and the cost quoted to existing ticket holders is $5k for the PSL, and $4k for the season ticket for a total cost of $9k. It was $2k for your season ticket in the old stadium.

It's basically the billionaire owner forcing the fans to pay for the new stadium while his wealth rises to $7.6bn. What a cunt.

And btw, more than half the cost of the stadium has already been paid for by the taxpayers. The greed of these billionaires is unreal.

That’s what Ratcliffe is planning for Man U’s new stadium. Even trying to get the government to put money towards it.

Yeah the idea of the likes of Birmingham and Wrexham getting to the PL and getting the number of American owners through the 14 barrier is concerning.

I've only sat in the home end at one derby, and Kieran Richardson scored a fucking screamer against us. Never again

The bottom one, I remember ages ago someone, might’ve been John Anderson, pointing out that even before the ball is in the net, O’Brien has turned and raised his arms, whilst everyone else is still rooted to the spot.

Annoyingly, the video posted cuts off just as he’s doing it, but I’m sure there was a version where you can see it clearly.

He knew as soon as he hit it that it was in.

We were behind the goal shouting 'timmy' and 'Timothy' at Tim Carter in their goal in the style of posh women's voices which clearly put him off before Liam struck the free kick so I'm claiming an assist. :good:

Listen, we're not all misogynistic boomers, OK?!

Misogynistic, not me, currently watching (as I have been since 10:30) the lasses cricket, again.

I think the very fact that you had to break the news on here a whole TWENTY FOUR HOURS after it was all over social media, perfectly illustrates the number of fucks given by the Toontastic community.
