First they'll only approach us with our consent after making it known they want him, then they make a low bid regardless, then they won't be backbecause of the 'nature' of our response? It's an amazing transfer for the primyeer league not happening and it's all the fault of that pesky magpie franchise.

Btw, anyone else noticed how's there's been very few, if any, transfers between Liverpool and Man U through the years especially regarding both club's best players? Both club's would know there's no chance of it happening and they're both happy to poach other club's players and keeping a truce with each other.

I wonder if this prepared statement has been sitting there for some time waiting to be deployed. I'm wondering also if the decision for Isak to isolate in San Sebastian on the instruction of NUFC and didn't have him travel with the rest of the squad as his presence would have detracted from the tour given the media are invited?

Earlier today someone on Elon's cunt app said state ownership is the biggest challenge facing English football...I reminded them that this state owned club ie the "MAGPIE FRANCHISE" 😂 hasn't broken any rules but once Wrexham and Birmingham City get promoted to the PL (conceivably next season) then it won't be long before the yanks vote in a block to abolish relegation and play Fulham v Brentford in Duluth, Minnesota 😑

How does he know that the personal terms not a problem. How is it even possible that they know this until a bids accepted?

Isn't it;

Bid

Accepted

Personal details

Accepted

Medical etc

So Liverpool start unsettling him and float a 120m approach which we indicate we wouldn't accept. Then they unsettle him more, and put in an even lower bid hoping to force the situation?

How is this not tapping up? Liverpool has precisely no respect for us whatsoever based on that, no professional courtesy, just predatory cynicism. Not that I'd expect anything different from what is essentially a US shaped football club.

Good. Let Howe get him back onside. Add Watkins or Wissa as a Wilson replacement and get the fuck on with finding a CB and a CM and let's fucking smash this season

I don't want to get my hopes up too soon, but I'd fucking love it if Al-Rumayann has flown in and laid down the law, telling Isak and his agent he's staying and that's the end of it.

Makes a mockery of Fabrizio, Ornstein and Jacobs making up stories that we've given Isak permission to agree personal terms etc.

I can only assume that they were hoping to agree on a fee around £120m. They’ve completely misjudged the situation, more than likely due to incredible arrogance.

No journalist ever claimed that.
