Gee it’d be a real shame if it were a chronic injury that’s lasted for years and won’t go away. That’d be a real real pity.

Just checking RAWK and they're all relieved he's injured and not just shite. I did notice this though:

You see this sort of thing from time to time. Someone spouting off absolute shit. Isak is apparently "very swift and adept at blowing by full backs and hitting balls across the box". Was doing that all the time for us, always beating his fullback and then squaring it across the box. Muppet thinks they bought Murphy.

They're just thinking of that one against everton and assuming he does it all the time.

I know we all think he’s a rat and that, but that was the stuff he did that put the hairs on the back of neck up.

Before he self-sabotaged his reputation and memory here that's correct. Streaky as heck, moody and injury prone. That's the reality. Whilst he's very likely to eventually come good there it's not wholly unfathomable that Eddie got the best out of him and he had his peak years here. Whatever the case financially for us it has been good business because once he got the whisper in the ear he was poor for us and we can't afford to be paying big wages for someone who's not giving their all.

Whilst I'm delighted that they're putting this injury down to his disgraceful behaviour in the summer, we all know from experience that he has a chronic groin problem and this is going to be a constant problem for their £125m man.

As for his total lack of form, I keep thinking of Gordon at the start of the season, when he was saying that he needed to learn all of the patterns to play up front for us. All of the patterns Eddie Howe had drilled into Alexander Isak to make him look as good as he did for us, and which Arne Slot and Liverpool thought just came naturally to the prick.

I'm currently reading Stephen King's Dark Tower series, and to quote The Gunslinger, "he has forgotten the face of his father".

Without Daddy Eddie he is cursed to be shit for the rest of his career.

I hope the cunts rips his groin in two the fucking rat bastard.

Is this also the same slot that said he was fully fit and up to speed and ready to be judged? The Klopp bald cunt fraud. Now you're saying he's not.

You've fucked up buying him. Let's just be honest.

I've just started book 4, Wizard and Glass. Great so far.

Let us know what you think of the ending, when you eventually get there.

It's not remotely a ridiculous notion to believe that Howe was squeezing the extra 5% out of Isak to make him a genuinely great striker btw.

We all know the difference Howe made to the players that were here when he arrived, so it's just logical that he's done the same to the players he's brought in.

To quote Slot himself in that piece above, "the margins at the top are small". If those margins fall away, it doesn't take much to drop back to the player that couldn't push his way past Callum Wilson into the first team, which is what he was when he arrived here.

Will do. I always worry about Stephen King book endings. There's been some absolute stinkers down the years.

Remember he was supposed to have groin surgery at the end of last season? Would be an awful shame if he cancelled that in order to secure his dream move to Liverpool only for it to ruin his first season for them.

You should NEVER worry about a Stephen King ending as they are always objectively disappointing.

You should do what I do now: I just get excited about how bad it's going to be.

Plus, be glad he isn't doing a paint by numbers book to keep his agent/publisher quiet. Because when he doesn't care the whole thing is dreadful. For reference: Bag of Bones.

who's she?

I think a bit of an in depth google images research is needed.

If you work your way through all 6 seasons of Saints and Sinners, you'll find out. It's a drama series about a Baptist Church in Georgia. Sounds bang up your street tbf.
