Ask him if Percy Sugden regularly rogered the fuck out of Emily Bishop, that ought to get a rise out of the cunt.

Holt is one of those turdish journalists I'd thankfully forgotten about. I hope he'd died.

I remember her husband ernie being shot and killed in an armed raid on baldwin's factory .

if only this had happened before ollie was spawned, the cunts.

An altogether different meaning of 'bash the bishop'.

But who's replacing Bruno?

Bit down this morning. I think we've got to face the brutal fact that with the rules as they are we're unlikely make a signing like Isak in the near, medium or long term future. Are the bullshit 6 deliberately blocking us now? I feel like that dangerous concept "HOPE" is attempting to murder us and in the last day or so it's fuckin grazed me with it's foil...

I am honestly a bit worried that Bruno and/or Joelinton will do something silly during the game given how much animosity will be simmering throughout the crowd combined with his existing hatred of Mac allister. The referees will only be too ready to vilify us rather than the league's golden child so we'll happily be hung out to dry.

I'm counting on it.

Result irrelevant, I want at least two Liverpool players stretchered off and to watch Van Dijks arse drop when he actually has to fight Joelinton rather than just elbow our players off the ball to pretend hes hard.

It’s been a frustrating window but we need a different approach and a much better setup off the pitch. If we’re fishing in the top young European striker market or the proven Premiership experience one then we’re still likely to be outbid, especially in wages by the ‘big boys’. It’s been a bit of a chastening lesson but it’s not one the club can’t learn from.

It started last season with Tosin. The reason why Isak is still at the club is in the first instance is down to PSR. Sesko killed us. Same profile as Isak when he came. Theyre on to us, any decent player we go for is being blocked. Am fairly convinced there's no way we get another comparative steal like Isak or Tonali for that matter.

The first thing Isak needs for him to move on is a replacement and that's increasingly unlikely to the point of near impossibility. Our only option. Is attempted rehabilitation or selling for less that even <£120mill in the final days of the season . Chastening isn't how id describe that situation, it's a fuckin shit sandwich whichever way you chew it

I hope we keep our noses clean, hard but fair. It will make us appear small time if we take our frustrations out on Liverpool's players. As much as I don't like many of them they've nought to do with the whole Isak affair. I dare say the ref will be waiting for the opportunity to penalise us for the charged atmosphere so we need Howe to have the same talk to Bruno that worked when he went on that lengthy clean run to avoid suspension.

Our hope on this one is the 'big 6' finally see PSR for the disaster that it is. They don't mind it when it's restricting us for being able to compete in the transfer market but they've now experienced how it being restrictive to us has downstream implications for them.

late on tuesday night there was a statement released by isak which was inflammatory, containing several uncollaborated references to unnamed club officials

within an hour the club responded refuting this.

neither party prior to this had broken thier silence. I don't think its particularly unreasonable that this has prompted some discussion in fairness.

With agents driving most of this bullshit that's not happening. Like they give a fuck about actual football

Re: off the pitch though, if we’d try to sign Ekitike instead of Frankfurt, do you think we’d have gotten him? It’s all conjecture but it’s pretty likely imo. That’s the sort of player I’m talking about. Sesko was very highly rated and Man Utd outbid us and offered higher wages. If PSR means that’s the case in the short term you need to start building a really good international scouting system. You can’t tell me there aren’t South American young players that Howe could mould into really good PL players. We haven’t been very smart this window in hindsight but we’ve tried getting ready made players and the likes of Man Utd have scuppered that. But it’s not sustainable if Man Utd aren’t back in the CL soon.

I think thats what we'll do tbf, Eddies a pro and he'll be wanting the players to treat it like any other game.

I am not a pro. I want us to absolutely fuck them up.

I hear you but that makes us Brighton North. We've got champions league twice and won a cup, not sure Brighton are capable or even fuckin want to do that ..

Point is we're undisputably being blocked from moving to the next level by those at that level :cuppa:

I've often thought Dortmund should be our model but I don't think we'll get there

Chelsea being involved in something dodgy and underhand and getting away with it?

I'm staggered!
