It's a bit vague and they're not fully committing to a permanent contract yet, but it seems to be up for negotiation as the company is only four months old. The bloke asked if I want to move up instead and was going to discuss it with the company tomorrow. (I take agencies with a huge pinch of salt and try not to deal with them if I can, (Sorry Stevie!). I'm in two minds as it would mean either a weekly or fortnightly commute or maybe renting my house out as it will likely be extended to a year or more.
