I think if you can do it without collateral damage (which you can't, but for the sake of the moral argument let's assume you can), there would be no reason not to take them out. They're a repressive rogue state that is persistently aggressive to its neighbours and a destabilising force on the global arena. It's as cut and dry as it comes IMO. Looks to me like he's trying to reposition so that the US are the aggressors by suggesting that the joint military exercise between US and SK will be a provocation but CNN's article was so full of waffle that I might have missed some details.

 

If he's backed down for sure then it's quite a victory for Trump.

When you go on holiday to any country and walk past people who are out for a leisurely walk in their own countries you both do it because you can.

The sorry part of that is, both of those leisurely people can be programmed to kill each other by merely changing their garments and issuing a protocol.

 

The world is a great place to live.

Those who play the games behind the scenes are the real mind programmers who can make people hate each other, both foreign and domestic and can do it as and when required.

 

We have natural disasters happening that we have little control over but apart from that, nothing else is done by accident. It is done by design and most people follow it for no other reason than mass programming.

It will never collapse. Kim has killed all his opponents and potential adversaries internally, he had his half brother killed using a nerve toxin in Malaysia as well, and he has kept external adversaries on notice with nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.

It's all to paint a picture on the domestic front though, isn't it? If it is, that suggests that he actually is under internal pressure on the home front, to some degree. I'm not sure exactly how, but it's there nonetheless.

I don't think he is. I think his plan with the nuclear weapons development is an attempt to ward off any external attempts on his power but it's going to have the opposite effect.
