Some quality bass and guitar lines throughout, goes from funk to disco to sounding a bit like house in the middle. I bet if you were off your tits on ecstasy, it'd be even better but sadly, I'm not. When I had a funny turn and decided to check the Top 40 new releases every week, they stood out the most. And I can't wait for Janelle Monae either. Might listen to Archandroid in anticipation Neko Case - The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight: Lovely stuff as ever. I think she might be my favourite vocalist and she's creeping up to be one of my favourite songwriters. An improvement over Middle Cyclone, not yet sure if it tops Fox Confessor and Blacklisted. I think she might be my favourite vocalist and she's creeping up to be one of my favourite songwriters. An improvement over Middle Cyclone, not yet sure if it tops Fox Confessor and Blacklisted. A million times better than the uninspiring Suck It And See Just gave it a proper listen, really good album. I never minded Suck it and See, i'm a fan of some of the slower tripier songs they had on this, some sounded great live too this year when i caught them at Glaostonbury.
