That section of our fanbase sounds like the dopey mackems that want the manager gone as soon as they lose against us. Last night we equalled the all-time record for most consecutive League Cup wins in regulation time - nine consecutive wins. The last team to do it was Liverpool back in the 94/95 season. The idea that this bloke's job is under threat can just get fucked.

I'm with strawb. He gives the ball away loads. More so in the second half last night. I thought that was fatigue though. But I don't know how considering he only played 30 mins on Sunday. Yesterday we looked so much more dangerous from balls into the box. Especially driven ones. Yet at times we just didn't bother. It was up the wings then stop and turn around tippy tappy on the edge of the box. Stop go back. It's so frustrating at times. I think that's why the atmosphere was so muted and on edge.
