Is the player going to be able to play properly knowing that if he helps Forest win, he won't play CL football next year? Me too. Well there was that plus the series just seemed to be drifting for little plot advancement, like so many do. They just become soap operas, miserable ones at that. I've just watched S2E2 of the Last of Us and tbh that's not looking promising either. One implausible revenge story changed to another. Really feels like a video game now, shallow. Most stories have one great series in them and then just milk it. There are of course exceptions. Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and Game of Thrones all had defined story arcs, even if the latter was awful in the end.
