  1. Past hour
  2. Direct from Google. I got the last one from the Google Store so they sent me an email with a code to use against the 9 Pro and the 9.
  3. arguably the best Star Wars film ever made. Why the reluctance?
  4. Is that from your existing network supplier?..
  5. We’re going to finish 15-20 points behind Liverpool. How do we make that difference up?
  6. I just got a Pixel 9 Pro. They're not far off bringing out the 10 so I got an email offering me £350 off the 9 Pro and the trade in value of my old Pixel 8 was still £271. £999 phone for £378, not bad.
  7. Don't disrespect the Dyche. https://x.com/The_Forty_Four/status/1924565109646467455
  8. Did they vote against the proposed PSR and APT changes? Turkeys and Christmas.
  9. Wouldn't look that good.
  10. He did but suffered a temporary blindness for a day.
  11. The fact they breathed a collected sigh of relief at retain Salah at 32 and van Dijk at 33 tells you all you need to know about how fragile they are as a squad. They were the best team this season, but they weren't challenged enough. The teams between 2nd and 7th simply haven't won enough games. We and Man City can get to 21. Everyone else can get to 20. The last time it was this low was 2020/21 when Man Utd were runners up with 21 wins. Before than it was 2016 when Leicester won and Arsenal were runners up with 20 wins.
  12. I'm glad Ewerk had a nice day the other day.
  13. I've only ever seen the original Star Wars film, should I break my self imposed exile from the franchise for Andor ETA it drives my youngest (33 y.o.) batshit that I have never seen and refuse to watch The Empire Strikes Back
  14. It was up alongside the accompanying text, basically front and centre. I expected it to be like, buried in the video or something but there's no way you could read the text and not see it. I think he just thought nothing of it tbh.
  15. i keep making that mistake. thinking that they might not be the best liverpool team ever. But you're right, they did what they needed to do. not there fault there were no challengers.
  16. the team that wins the title is the best team, i agree that the table doesn't lie. just saying i've watched them a few times this season and was never blown away by the football they played. it will be interesting to see how they fare if salah drops off, or picks up a serious injury. their squad is clearly a lot better than ours but i think our first choice midfield is better than theirs. we're not a million miles behind them. there have been other title-winners in the past where you just turn up against trying to keep the scoreline respectable. we competed well in the home draw against these and thoroughly outplayed them in the cup final. it was only the away game where we failed to turn up. that's one of the final monkeys howe needs to get off our back - winning away at anfield.
  17. As said in the other thread, football gets away with murder especially the heavily weighted modern rules in place and selective punishments, they can fuck right off tbh. (And as also stated, the media will become the three monkeys as it benefits them to keep the status quo).
  18. They were worthy winners but the bar wasn't as high nor the jeopardy. Think Ferguson's last title they were very average for a title winning side compared to recent years to that win.
  19. Honestly don't think you need to be a Star Wars fan or anything to enjoy it. Really good.
  20. At the stage they'd won the league they were 15 points clear in April and had lost two games all season. Not having a challenger may have taken the excitement out of it but they were very worthy winners.
  21. Today
  22. Honestly the Premier League need to fuck off. The stuff they're letting Chelsea and others get away with and basically zeroing in on a team that doesn't have enough friends among the other 19 to vote their way out of a problem.
  23. Scored a fucking cracker against Feyenoord
