The real United v Manchester reds - Thy choicest gifts in store

It might sound daft but their crest looked far better then than it does now, it's not just the deletion of 'football club' on it but the one now seems almost cartoonish. -
We've got family Spotify and I'm not even going to attempt to persuade the wife and daughters to swap it for YouTube. (I presume you can download playlists for offline?)

I've seen a bit of that before. I was also thinking of a subscription but they're absolutely taking the piss with the price of it.

They won the FA cup in 83, 85 and 1990. I longed for their dogshit as a teenager. 1990 they were poor but they had some decent players and were getting there combined with British record signings every other year. -
Going from Eddie's 'Presser' ©CT the other week he may well go unless it was a calculated shake up of Sean to up his game. The reasons for him going are obvious but that's the same for him staying. It could boil down to who comes in and who doesn't whether he gets to stay but we need to be better at selling so 'hot Mitch' says and he's right in the long run I just don't think he worded it right and selling wasn't really a viable option when he said it as we had few players who could generate cash who weren't badly needed and the players we could let go weren't in demand.

You were in the crowd before, Tom.

I'd say Palace are similar to Boro in the not having a proper rivalry stakes. We don't want them, the mackems aren't arsed and neither are Leeds.
-
You'd think he'd be a bit more energetic with what will be his last ever CL game if Villa don't complete the comeback.
-
Seedorf must be thinking 'how thick are these three?'
-
Oi sigh wot yow did there!
-
I haven't seen PSG's big flag but it definitely sounds noisier than the Villa one.
-
Mcginn's animal spirit is definitely a hog. 'yow not fit tow referoi'
-
The type of deflection we never seem to get there, 1-2.
-
Would've liked a closer game with the kick in the balls coming later on but PSG are the best side in the CL from what I've seen and you have to give Enrique credit as they were a side full of glamour boys who didn't want to know a couple of years ago.

Villa being beaten 4-1 like another team I can think of but I guess we won't get endless wringing of hands by pundits and sadness in their eyes. Talking of pundits I fucking love watching a match on Amazon and not having to listen to the goons on the mic having full on chats of shit while I'm trying to watch a game of football.

Man United? Fuck 'em. The sooner the UK media get their heads around the fact of them being shit and the fact everyone else doesn't want to hear why their ex-player pundits think they're shite.... EVERY FUCKING WEEK WHEN THEY'RE BEAT, the better. -
It's in the same category as 'preparing a bid' for a player. Are they double checking with the bank manager and working out the wages before they slap in a bid?

If he does sign ayoze left him his treasured Geordie cutlery memento from the harbour view in Seaton Sluice.
-
Barnes is arguably the best finisher in the squad, the only question about him was/is his stamina and engine but you can't argue with that part of his game lately so he's obviously working on it.
-
He's Notting hill Irish.
-
The accents full stop. (But at least they never stereotyped the English. Or the Scottish. Or the Irish).

Just watched the second series of 1923 mainly because of the wife who loves it, 1883 was good.

I actually loved that song but I'm sure my teenage hormones helped as well.

To be fair to Wright, I saw a bit of him suggesting why would they go anywhere else but he caveated it, (not unreasonably imo) with we need to reinforce in the summer as a statement to our crown in the jewels which I think we will anyway. It's a strange one, we have players who are near a slide down through ages and will need replacing so we do need to manage this carefully but so far I've got great confidence we'll handle this in the manner we have with almost all of our signings, you can add managers to that list as well as I'd have been perfectly happy with Emery as well so they even seem to have a handle on that aspect. With careful signings I honestly think we've a chance to be competing for the title next year but it'll take a great recruitment mission. We have the confidence of beating anyone bar Man city and that will come with the first victory over them. The larger media can act surprised and fawn over us in the future but as per normal they'll be way behind the curve. That's probably in our favour.
