I played football for the first time since the chemo on Tuesday. Thought I was going to throw my lungs up for 95% of the time and to top off I was fucking shite. Its a start though I suppose.

Fulham spent 100 million this summer, we made a profit of 20 odd million. They play a different brand of football with more (and better) attacking players. Last dose of chemo tomorrow. Had to have a blood transfusion last week cos my red blood cells were low and I kept fainting/falling over. Six week wait after tomorrow for a scan see if it’s worked. Ready for it to be done now like, I’ve been rough for weeks, wouldn’t wish it on anyone

Yes, been twice Its a class place, a week would be enough and I would hire a car so you can go to other places (Alhambra, Granada and a couple of others are doable in a day and really worth it). The food is outstanding. If you are going the height of summer it could well be 40 degrees in the city mind. If you end up going let me know I will try and remember some places to eat if you’re arsed
