  1. Gemmill's mam is backing Keith.
  2. Naah, this one is public. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/how-long-has-the-bluebell-been-a-mag-pub.1634327/
  3. How pathetic is this btw? I hope people remember Brianna Ghey. The conservatives campaign couldn't be more pathetic if you tried.
  4. He'll be 70 in two GEs time too.
  5. Yeah, very plausible. But would a tory party led by Farage be remotely electable? I'm not sure it would tbh.
  6. Apparently Seaburn has fallen. Cue several hundred pages on the Land Lady being a slag. Classy.
  7. Rode a boat? FFS, someone send the grammar police! (And aye, I can talk, I know).
  8. Needs must. What those bar charts do not take into account is Farage actively standing. I can see that getting Reform a few more percentage points at the expense of the tories. Thing is, the tories are truly at the tipping point with respect to FPTP. Things can get even worse for them. There is clear precedent for an existential event here - Canada 1993. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_Canadian_federal_election
  9. What does an MP actually have to do to avoid a recall petition? Just not get done by the standing committee I think. The like of Dorries were completely disengaged for months. Farage showeed what a lazy cunt he was as an MEP. He'd be happy to take the coin and privelige without the actual work I think.
  10. Also, I don't think it would be up to Farage to announce stand down/step aside, that would have to come from Tice. Maybe Farage will stand as an actual conservative? Wonder what Sunak is up to today?
  11. My assumption was that Reform are looking for a tory wipeout either so they can replace them or de facto comandeer the partry post election. If they step aside again, they just become irrelevant. So no, on reflection I don't think this will be good news for the tories.
  12. Aye, it undoubtedly will. Labour will still win comfortably, but might not be an extinction event for the tories as I had hoped. Thing is, it will make Tice look ridiculous. Would he do it? Would he really support Sunak?
  13. Yeah, looks like it to me. Not sure if him standing in Clacton makes much sense. Ah well, fuck them.
  14. I honestly think she is mentally ill. Damn equality, human rights, and the future of the planet! And I don't want to judge people on their appearance, but the decline in her's is disturbing.
  15. Now hold on. Gemmill has explained himself about this many times. Nothing happened and anyway, if it did, the lass in question definitely consented.
  16. He's as good as politics as he is football. I like Starmer, but he's a bit grey. If this Sunak cunt came up against Blair in his pomp then... oh my. But Starmer is still now in a position to extinguish this disgusting Tory Party. It's happening imo.
  17. She Reay is like Goebbles. In that snip she implies MRP polls are less reliable than others, even though the exact opposite is true. MRP polls are typically correct to a few seats. Oh well, all she's going to do, if anything, is encourage Labour voters not to be complacent.
  18. Glorious sunshine this morning shining over the North Sea. Summer feels like it has finally arrived. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a winter coat on in Whitley Bay Ice Rink for 3 fucking hours as D2 does whatever ice skating stuff she does (normally the responsibility of Mrs Rents).
  19. MF thinks "fuck it" and drives off for some impromptu mountain climbing.
  20. Aye, Opinium normally have the lowest polling for Labour. And then there's this MRP today, which I believe has historically proven one of the most accurate. If Sunak keeps on doing what he's doing, there won't be a party left to govern. Considering where we were in 2019, that is astonishing but really on reflection was an inevitable consequence of Johnson.
