Does anybody ever bother to read what Fish posts? Anyway, how about hot, black, and up her arse? And yes, this does make sense, just ask Gwyneth Paltrow. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee_enema

First time I have seen somebody give a reason for an edit.

And I got an e-mail from NUFC! Season ticket renewal bill! Canny.

There's people who have got tickets and for whom this is only their second or third ever game. Bit of a joke really. The other thing is the delay in telling people whether they're succesful has made transporet/hotels impossible. I'll just watch it on the telly now.

An it wayz the wedding seezan marra.

They've managed the impossible. For Paul Ince to come out as likable.

Brett Eastman Ellis did a stream of conciousness thing once which I think worked and I quite enjoyed. I've never been as well read as you but honestly have just about stopped altgother now. Partly because I read from a screen all day and I now need glasses for text but can't admit the fact. Partly because I'm just too tired at night once I sit down, usually by 10. And partly because honestly, a lot of books I have read just aren't much cop. I'll get MSN for my hols I think.

He is but obviously he's ran out of ideas with his jetset life style now, like a once great band that descends into self parody. Still enjoy reading his stuff like, and Begbie's transformation into the blade artist was canny (if not entirely unbelievable). His description of neurosis and addicition, especially to alcohol, really resonate with me.

I thought I had read all Welsh's work ( I'm talking more than a dozen novels, novellas, and short stories) but this has somehow passed me by! WIll order immediately. I think Trainspotting will always be the Daddy for me though.

In the end we had to go to the box office just to get in the draw (at least they said that, but I doubt anything was actioned). I'm guessing that hasn't been successful as nothing has come out my bank account and tbh I'm not eve sure I authorised card details! So category 1 and category 4 ST holders who sit together, and no tickets (but a lot of hassle thrown in). Slow handclap for NUFC if this is the case. My biggest gripe about this is the complete fuck up with communications and transparency with the club. So as I've said, being tier 1 (with more than double enough loyalty points) obviously you're entitled to tickets, but I didn't want one alone and didn't want to risk getting two not sat together, with one of them being for a minor (incidentally, I only just missed out on tier 3 purchase for the second ticket by only going to 2 cup matches, not 3). But it was only after the automatic purchasing had closed before they informed me that had I bought a ticket and then and got one in the draw, we would have been guaranteed to have sat together, because of said minor. But by then we weren't eligible for the draw, because 1 was eligible for an outright purchase, and the other was a minor! And I suspect the box office eventually just paid us lip service and didn't even enter us when we complained because of a "computer says no" situation. Fair to say I'm fairly pissed off with this situation.

Alternatively..... It's Sunday 26th February, around 7pm in NW London, UK. Alain St Maximim has just score a last minute winner in the last added minute of extra time to win NUFC the League cup against their bitter red Manc opponents, ending a 53 year trophy drought (or 68 years if you're a mackem), and earning trophyshy a name change and several posters the anticipation of a tea bagging session with the reluctant hero. The ref blows the whistle, a tidal wave of euphoria passes through the ecstatic black and white crowds as Bruno raise his arms aloft. It's finally happened. Then suddenly there is an ominous humming in the air and the sky goes dark and cold..... Ahh fuck man. Typical.

Staff ratios in the UK are quite high compared withother countries tbf. But anyway, what's wrong with cages?
-
Harsh on Rayvin that like.

Whwy it's actually 11 days inclusive the whinging manc cunts. I guess we are hoping for a close scoreline on the 16th so they've something to play for on the 23rd.

Yeah, but I wonder how much of that is cognitive bias as you've prejudged him? Maybe he was out of breath in that particular instance, maybe you're not crediting him with other instances? Wasn't there a stat of the last game reporting how much grass he had covered and how much he had in fact tracked back? Anyway, we've had this discussion countless times, I think we're all agreed ASM just isn't the right fit for the side we've become. That's not his fault, he's just been outgrown.

I've always found the concept of any player being lazy as just odd. I mean they're being watched live by 52,000 at the gorund and millions on TV, and I'm supposed to believe they just think "Naah, can't be arsed chasing that"? Remember having this argument countless times in the past about Robert. SOme [players have the attribute of being able to run for 90 mins and chase everything down, some are headless chickens, some just can't tackle, some need to reserve their energy for other purposes. I doubt any are lazy be the normal meaning of the word.
