Well it can. I would say it's probably more far helpful as stress relief than the harm it causes. It always comes way behind alcohol, tobacco, and most of the well-known class A in terms of harm caused to the user and others though. Which actually is based on evidence. I'm not suggesting for one moment it's harmless but we're talking about recreational drugs so you really have to make a relative judgement rather than look at it in isolation.

Bong-eyed tbh

Are there any actual figures to back that up? Because given the amount of people on it, that sounds like anecdotal bollocks

I don't even think that many of them do. If you turned 15 in 1960 you'll be 71 this year.

If the politicians have said in public that there won't be any discussions on the future relationship between Britain and the EU until after article 50 has been triggered then they are, of course, to be taken 100% at their word.

Weed being illegal is fucking mental like. What a waste of time

It's funny when Savage is put in a tight spot so he resorts to one of several variants of "Have you ever played professional football?" Except he thinks he's then won the argument instead of demonstrating he's already lost it. -
The dad of a lad I used to live with used to own Altrincham. The football team rather than the place.

You're a bad loser for saying that, Meenz

Ok

It was his daughter iirc. Not that that makes any better (or worse) I suppose.

Suits big business, which is what really matters to the people making policy. I think it'll be a soft Brexit dressed up to look like it's tough on immigration. May had a pretty terrible record as Home Secretary on the matter (going by the government's own targets) but she's somehow managed to model herself as the nation's saviour on this 'key issue'.

It's almost like we haven't even began the process of leaving yet.

Joshua's very inexperienced at this level though. Nowhere near the finished article.
-
Oh I agree with all that. He's always suggesting the likes of Joshua are on the roids too so it makes testing positive for cocaine all the more stupid and hypocritical. If I'm being honest I would love to see Joshua knock him out because he's so fucking boring to watch. He makes the latter day Mayweather fights look like Hagler v Hearns.
-
Esssentially he's a dull but very effective boxer. It's this, rather than a lot of the other things, which is the main reason why he's not as loved as someone like Joshua amongst boxing fans. It's far from a foregone conclusion Klitschko would've won a rematch because he's mobile, has surprisingly good hand speed and has an awkward style. He couldn't cope with those things along with Fury's size in the first fight.

I can believe the mental issues. When you see him interviewed, there's basically two versions of him. There's one where he's basically saying anything to get a rise and then there's a sincere version. Despite not agreeing with a lot of his views the latter is surprisingly likeable. I've seen him say he'll quit boxing before and, to be honest, I think he's sincere when he says stuff like that at the time, and I think he changes his mind when his mood swings. He's also correct in some of his complaints about not getting a fair crack of the whip, the IBF couldn't wait to strip him of his belt for example. Also the press were more bothered about some of the stuff he said in the immediate aftermath of his world title than the fantastic achievement it clearly was. The stuff that's been made of some of the stuff he's said too, like saying Jess Ennis would look good in a dress ffs. Blokes down the pub say stuff 10x more sexist. I don't deny he's his own worst enemy at times but I do think the 'demons' are genuine.

Just because he's a fucking dick it doesn't mean his mental issues aren't real or serious.
