Well I just assumed it was probably true too purely off one episode of a cartoon

I've got that book (your new avatar). -
No need to apologise, was just curious as I'd never really been aware of it before I saw it on FG.

And is he really still in a fridge?

Well, that's quite ambiguous really. I mean I think that doesn't necessarily set him apart from many of his peers. I don't really know anything about it so was wondering but that's probably nothing unusual in the context of the 30s. As for the interpretation of his works, if you've done any sort of academic criticism of any body of work you come to realise that people will put almost any interpretation on anything. I like Meryl Streep but it seems a bit unfair if that's all there is to it. Not meant as a defence of him btw.

That true or is it just something off Famnily Guy btw?

Mass hysteria? Seems apt

Was just talking to my colleague yesterday about the pints of Guinness we used to have in Ned's in Hollywood. Fucking lush

It seems to taste nicer (to me) brewed in a teapot then with the milk added to the cup before the tea. Not that I can be arsed to use a teapot for the rare occasions I have a cuppa.

Yorkshire, obviously

That was a euphemism though

Hipster rather than middle class, surely. I realise the former are all part of the latter but that doesn't work both ways.

That one in Longbenton estate is still the best. Had the Xmas lights up for about 10 years and they've been cattled for about 7 of them.
-
Why don't you just put a bit of cold water into your tea, Einstein?
-
I suspect it's more to do with all his lass's mates having one tbh.

Next to there but the streets just called Palmersville I think, i.e. the bit of the estate that fronts onto Great Lime Road. Love the house on the end with the Xmas lights up outside all year round. They had one of those big pop-up paddling pools in their front garden for about two months. Eventually it collapsed. So they replaced it with another, slightly smaller inflatable one. The latter is still there, partially deflated, half-full of rain water and sat in the middle of a perfect circle of dead grass (caused by the former one)

Looked decent before that cunt Boateng done him tbf

The absolute shite some of them talk about Newcastle fans, the club, etc. as well just to make them feel better about themselves. Beggars belief really.

Outdoing yourself today, CT  Carry on

Fwiw, I loved you in The Magic Roundabout
