  1. Not quite what Rayvin had in mind I think
  2. I think Redknapp bought that years ago, back when he was Bournemouth manager, must be worth an absolute fortune now. I did think Allardyce's house looked quite modest when I saw it on the news. No idea what Casa St James' is like though.

    Needs a mustard drizzle imo
  4. Loved Bruce Campbell popping up as Ronald Reagan too. Season 3 is in production btw

    That's brilliant

Quite fancy the septics purely on the basis it's at their place and they're due a win you would think.
  7. Eyewitnesses are notoriously unreliable though
  8. I would say 'ware' sometimes, aye - but was thinking of a 'o' as in hot rather than 'ow' as in how. Not that it matters that much.
  9. Maybe you're remembering it wrong a bit but perhaps it's the game when we were losing 1-0 at the SoL and came back to win 4-1? Under Roeder.
  10. Some decent responses tbf. How shit is that so-and-so likes this thing on there as well? I realise it's not unique to that board btw
  11. Would 'a bunch of knackers kidding each other they're not talking shite' cover it?
  12. Me and Gemmill have been over this and he claims ha'way is correct because it's an abbreviation of half way. I pointed out that linguists/academics often suggest it's just as (if not more) appropriate to spell colloquialisms phonetically. What a chortle we had during that debate.
  13. Wtf is that website like? I've never even heard of it.
  14. Well I just assumed it was probably true too purely off one episode of a cartoon
  15. No need to apologise, was just curious as I'd never really been aware of it before I saw it on FG.
  16. And is he really still in a fridge?
  17. Well, that's quite ambiguous really. I mean I think that doesn't necessarily set him apart from many of his peers. I don't really know anything about it so was wondering but that's probably nothing unusual in the context of the 30s. As for the interpretation of his works, if you've done any sort of academic criticism of any body of work you come to realise that people will put almost any interpretation on anything. I like Meryl Streep but it seems a bit unfair if that's all there is to it. Not meant as a defence of him btw.
