  1. You also have to laugh at how they’ve even managed to make that about us.
  2. John Gibson did a good one on Dotun Adebayo and Tim Vickery’s podcast a while back, mostly about the Fairs Cup run
  3. Got a like from good old Roker Mackem who definitely doesn’t lie when they say they never watch any of our games and that they don’t care about anything we do
  4. I’ve heard Chubby Brown tapes that were more subtle.
  5. There’s a three page thread on Tonali which only started today. Presumably the much longer one had been hidden from public view. Anyway I enjoyed these contributions from Dumb and Dumber: You’ve got one suggesting he’s not a gambling addict because he only admitted that after he was caught. Which makes zero fucking sense. As does the suggestion (again) that the Saudis bribed people to get him a lenient sentence. Then the reply saying that playing him will be feeding his addiction. And they’re already pissed off about his January-signing replacement. I bet these two were chuffed when it was announced and have already managed to have gotten themselves all wound up about it.
  6. That Keith is one special lad if he was a Newcastle fan sending up mackems he couldn’t do a better job of it
  7. The food / travel show he did in Italy was canny
  8. Apparently Stanley Tucci is married to his niece, Emily Blunt’s older sister. In other politico-celeb gossip former husband of covidiot gobshite Bev Turner, James Cracknell, is standing as a Tory candidate for Colchester at the next election. Take that, Popbitch. How much of a cunt would you have to be to be a new candidate for the current version of the Tories at the next election?
  9. Important to get Bev Turner’s take on what happened
  10. Sorry, when I made that post I didn’t realise the discussion had moved on so much so it doesn’t seem very relevant (re that blog post).
  11. Whenever they bang on human rights it should be pointed out the Facebook campaign proclaiming Johnson’s innocence (set up by his sister after his conviction) was a lot better supported than the Sunderland amnesty international group is
  12. Nee fucker will give two shits about that, Shirley. I do find it a bit depressing that someone would use their position to cash-in on a book they clearly couldn’t even be arsed to write though
  13. Maybe they think people would want to stay in Sunderland when their team is playing Newcastle because loads of away fans do the opposite for their games
  14. Just when you think they’ve reached their nadir they plumb new depths. Why the fuck would they want to visit there when they’re playing Newcastle?
  15. Yeah, they’ve developed a great understanding
  16. When I’ve seen Gordon live and he takes up more central positions during an attack his movement and position is like a natural centre forward. He’s not that clinical a finisher it would appear but I’d rather him there than Joelinton. Who I think offers a lot more wide left and in midfield than as a centre forward
  17. I think the more nuanced argument (and you have to be careful here as most generalisations are problematic) is that large elements of people supporting Palestinians are unwittingly antisemitic. Which I think is true if you go down the route of one side being completely at fault. There’s a valid counter argument to unwavering support for Israel of course
  18. The story about the lawsuit could be complete bollocks
  19. That’s harsh. He used to make the teas as well
  20. Full blog post is here: https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/three-questions-for-the-global-far-left/
  21. Funny how there’s a good chance that bloke would’ve sold the lot for about $150k if he hadn’t lost the password.
