  1. Not arsed. They can keep us out of the title challenging patter. I’m just looking at the table contentedly.
  2. Aye, like there’s no reason for that (other than luck of course).
  3. As you can imagine, our victory and particularly the manner of it has gone down very well.
  4. Them shit woolly hats with the integrated goggles are a personal favourite
  5. I’m not sure if @Howmanheyman has become head of programming at ITV4 but this is the second day in a row they’ve shown The Guns of Navarone
  6. What I don’t get is this. If you’re the sort of cunt that agrees with the sort of language Braverman and Patel use then by extension you should be furious with them because the refugee crisis and the amount of people crossing the channel has gotten much worse on their watch. But most seem to just lap up the rhetoric without joining the fucking obvious dots.
  7. Nowt says masculinity like a fat, old, incontinent bloke who’s addicted to cheese burgers
  8. I used to watch it a bit about 20 odd years ago. Tbf I never really minded it as it didn’t take itself very seriously. Never really watch much tv at all now.
  9. The amount of little kids wearing Stone Island clobber these days is fucking hilarious. Not least because it must be galling to the adult wannabe hooligans wearing it
  10. No, he was definitely in the show. Came back and made an appearance for her funeral
  11. Bill Kenwright was Betty’s (of Betty’s Hotpot fame) son in the show wasn’t he?
  12. The media consensus was Rafa was finished after the job he did at Everton but it looks better all the time. When you talk about deluded, entitled fanbases they are right up there.
  13. This fucker’s weird even by their standards
  14. I’m not saying they’re hypocrites but there’s now more posts condemning Joelinton in the resurrected Darron Gibson thread on there than there is people having a go at Gibson 👍🏻
  15. I’m not arguing with anyone really. And I do agree about it being difficult having a conversation without people jumping in and calling people racist for making a potentially valid point. It’s more that Sakar wouldn’t have, imo, argued the same case, ie effectively saying that racism directed towards people who are ethnically Indian is lessened because they are better off than some other ethnic minorities
  16. Would the person making that argument have made it in relation to people who are ethnically Indian? Rhetorical question because they definitely wouldn’t have.
  17. If you make out they’re all well off they’re fair game to some on the left because they’re part of the elite / ruling class. It’s not a kick up the arse from there to believing conspiracy theories about them controlling global banking and pulling all the strings behind the scenes.
