Hope Mike Ashley bids. Possibly going in with William Storey -

Aye, I think the potential here was clearly seen as an asset to the buyers but the value, compared to the already established CL teams, was clearly a huge influence in the decision -
Btw, aren’t there going to be 48 teams in the next one? Fucking mental

Used to occasionally watch the Argentinian football when I couldn’t sleep when it was broadcast live. Can’t even remember which terrestrial channel it was on now. But some of the tackles, man. You have expected to see one the players legs come flying off. -
Best odds though. I think 50/1 is probably more across the board. Actually the bookies think Man City have won it already. Mad we’re even entertaining the possibility re: ourselves though
-
Think the bookies’ odds are a realistic reflection of where we are. Best odds for us to win it are 66/1 and you can still get 5/2 for us to finish top four.

Some parabolics itt mind -
Which one did you buy?

There were people in our match thread, now merged with the big NUFC thread, claiming to be watching the snooker during the second half. I don’t think they were enjoying our match. The very brief glimmer of excitement when Southampton scored also a highlight

I don’t see us winning it but that’s good value like. -
Him saying he has the backing of 100 MPs and it actually being the case aren’t necessarily the same thing. I reckon he’d definitely have gone for it if he had the numbers, knowing the members would likely vote for him. The fact he could well have torn the party apart wouldn’t have bothered him imo. He took the prospect of returning so seriously he even came back from being on holiday.

I fucking love how they regale themselves with completely made up stories about, well, just about everything to do with their support. Their support is good, in terms of its size, given the shit they’ve had to put up with but it’s definitely mostly local.

Cardiff missed a pen too. 7 points off the playoffs, 4 off relegation now. Mid-table is decent considering how long they were in League One and how they were 5th in that division last year. They probably had too good a start in terms of it raising expectations.
-
Aye, not bothering with it 👍🏻
-
I remember that.

Too fucking right.

I already never use Gumtree, if that helps
