Hi, I'm drinking Pinot Grigio at midnight on Tuesday
Dr Gloom replied to Gene_Clark's topic in General Chat
Some Pinot Grigio / Pinot Gris is really nice but I think it's just most British drinkers like bland shite so that's what most of the stuff you get here is (same reason Carling, Fosters etc is so popular). i just recently discovered dry reisling. like a lot of brits, i naively thought all reislings were sweet and nasty but it's actually an absolutley lush grape. really minerally and crisp with some citrus fruits in there. about £10 a bottle for a good one mind so not cheap but well worth trying if you haven't already. -
This thread is a bit sad really. if you don't like kid, take the piss out of him. Calling for a ban is a bit pathetic

Drinking Pinot grigio at any time of day or night should result in automatic ban. Pinot noir on the other hand.... -
Finally... A heavyweight bout worth watching! Hopefully they won't pull the plug this time.

1210s are still the best, but probably pricey if all you want to do is listen to old tunes. I hear linn, a Scottish company, make nice decks

Usually 5 mins warm up - usually skipping sometimes treadmill or row machine Warm down is ten minute stretch .... Not always time for this admittedly if I'm training at lunch.

Simpson must have been thinking, "What the fuck am I doing at right-mid? What the fuck am I doing at left-back?" I certainly was. Taylor didn't look Prem quality. You fault our strikers when the defence was atrocious for the goals, Everton could have had a few more thanks to shocking defending, and Arteta bossed the midfield. I think we were really poor today, ho hum. It was a second string team. agree there was a lack of quality and the back four was far more shaky than usual. i put that down to taylor at right back and enrique missing a good chunk of the game. we've no depth at all. we had loads of the ball though, a few chances spurned and loads of time the ball went up but just wouldn't fall for us. it wasn't a bad effort from the majority of the players.

should have got something. can't fault the effort from the players. just not that much quality up front. most of them put in a decent shift, except taylor, who was awful. very good game for the neutral viewer. it was end to end last 20 as we went chasing it. edit...and lovenkrands, who i forgot even played
