I'm not agreeing with Scotty but there is some absolute bullshit in that article KCC posted. We cook our dogs food and make sure they have a balanced diet, including some raw food (usually on), bones (never cooked bones) and a good grain free dry food. If you go by that link you'll only ever feed your dog Pal and that shit is terrible for dogs. Dogs will eat insects and get upset stomachs, there is fuck all you can do, just be smart, don't feed them processed/cured meat or any old shit you would think is acceptable for yourself. And don't ever feed them sausages, onion, chocolate and host of other things (look it up) unless you want to kill it slowly or quickly depending on how stupid you are.

That's how I remember him for us too. He was canny at home and you could see there was a great player in there but he always went missing when playing away and didn't have the stomach for a club battling relegation constantly - thanks Mike.
