I skipped from page 2 to 7 and it has inexorably lurched from a discussion about 1 particular player to same boring old fucking argument, yet again. Leazes man, I don't care who "started it" who is right, who is wrong, just stow this shit, it's tedious beyond compare. If you WANT to talk about this, start a new thread? Surely it can all stay in one thread? Considering it is the same boring discussion that has been going on for about 5 years? No problem with Harper staying on, just with more of a fight on his hands. Would be good to have him as back up to one of the others, then whoever is left out can go out on loan.

Villa fan on another forum really doesn't rate him. Thinks he was "horrific" this season and is shocked he got a 2 year deal at Spurs. Can't say I have paid much attention but he was quality not long back.

Was just thinking last night how under rated Solano was. I know there is image rights etc but I thought it was madness that at the same age Beckham was sold for £25m and Solano went for £1.5m! Solano was absolutely brilliant imo.
