... but Adidas make the best shirts

I still find it amusing that Barton was touted as what should have been one of our better players in this league and yet we've managed pretty well without him, i hope someone takes him off our hands soon enough (though I can't see it happening anytime soon without him getting a few games under his belt). I wonder who they'll partner Ameobi up front with?

Pearce? Curbishley? Hmm, I suppose both of those have messed up, still like Pearce though.

A mass world cleansing of all miscreants and pointless races/nations as deemed by me, that should solve things

this Aye, usually the case. I see Notts County are up for sale as well, didn't expect that one.

Campbell's a nutjob, I'd only bother with him if we were losing one of our main defenders in January. Still, like Jimbo said it looks like he's off to help out Man Utd, the Arsenal fans will love that
-
He's one of the young players one of my Arsenal supporting co-workers is always going on about, certainly wouldn't hurt, providing he'd be up for the fight.

Sounds pretty pants tbh

What's an appropriate sentence for killing 27,000?

Of course an easier way to deal with these shitty little countries would be to drop some nukes on them and wipe them off the face of the planet -
Especially if we're losing Carroll in January like it appears we might be.

Good result but like others I'd have preferred our boys to make a go of getting a better scoreline during a game like that.

The Goombah's repaying my faith... well, a little anyways It's lovely to hear our fans with the 'Get out of our club' chant, I don't think anyone could be mistaken as to our feelings.
-
Really hope we start with Carroll and Ranger rather than Harewood. Been really disappointed with how the Goombah's played for us, I had such high hope at this level.

I wish they'd hurry up and get the next series on ITV!

Newcastle to complete transfer of Sheffield United ace
TheMoog replied to Craig's topic in Newcastle Forum
All our Prem quality players will have been sold by the time we get back in to that league. We'll have a team full of the sort of players that those wanky prem new comer teams we used to laugh at had, the Birminghams, Hulls, Stokes, etc. To survive we'd need a new Keegler and a massive transfer budget, otherwise it'll be yo-yo time for us for sure! -
I agree with all of this, but aside from the managerial merry go round, the biggest reason in my humble opinion, is we had literally fuck all pace in the side, and it wasn't like Martins utilised his. You can't do anything in the Premiership without pace, if we don't sign two fast creative midfield players, and a pacey striker when we go up, we're fucked, I hope Hughton sees this as a key thing, because pace has ruined us, you can trace it back to Bellamy leaving, then Dyer, we need pace in that side it's as simple as that, or we're going straight back down. Even Wolves have pace. Yup i agree but.... Ashley wants more money for the club everyones knows that, hes trying to get us promoted on the cheap. Unfortunately he hasn't a clue about running a club/business/ or about football in general if we win this league comfortably he'll think we'll be good enough to scrape staying up in the premiership without further investment. We go up, we'll be for sale again, transfer embargo employed , valuation will be over the odds, no one will pay it and history repeats itself. This

is anyone going to provide decent opposition between now and seasons end ? PNE were supposed to be one of these mythical 'battle hardened' CCC sides that were going to cause loads of problems this league will be won by end of march 2010 - joke league. And then I suppose we won't see you again until we get relegated the following season back down to the Championship, because let's face it you won't say shit all when we're getting gubbed week in, week out in the Prem.
