  1. This is going to send a lot of fans over the edge and kill the attendances. The sad thing is the fans will all forget their hatred by the weekend and 'want to get behind the team'... fucking mugs the lot of them if they do. And this bollocks about £20m being put in this week, yeah righto Mike, that'll be miraculously spent on wages and what not, nothing will be put in to the first team for buying players and we all know it.
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a direct result of him getting grief form those fans at Scunthorpe, he's spiteful and vindictive enough to want to hurt the fans that much - he's showing how much he hates us and we're powerless to stop him - it's his ball and he's playing with it. Absolute cunt of an excuse of a man.
  3. Overtaken by the cunt, Fat Mike Ashley. THE most despised and despicable pile of shite know to football supporters.
  4. I've no doubt they'll be formulating ideas as we speak. Protesting has got to be a very viable option. There is no fucking way pissing about with the stadium name can't be met with a very very angry crowd. St James' Park since 1892! And like others have said, there's only one reason he'd sell the naming rights to the ground and that's to line his pockets - he's got no intention of ever putting anything in to the club, asset stripping and humiliation of the fans can be his only aim now, no doubt about it. God I feel so fucking angry!!!
  5. Oh god no... it's all got horribly worse I don't know whether I can believe it, I mean Hughton being named manager I could probably just about stomach, the fat man taking the club off the market is bad BUT selling the naming rights of the ground??? Waaaaay overstepping the line, I feel sick.
  6. Until countries like China and India toe the line on environmental issues there's no point in a wanky little island like ours even bothering.
  7. Spot on, Collymore really doesn't have a clue about the game or most anything else to be honest.
  8. Watched that £45 zombie film 'Colin' last night, it was okay, watchable, shame the zombies didn't have the milky eye thing going on but it was alright for what it was. Better than expected anyways.
  9. What worries me is that when January comes round I fully expect Jonas, Coloccini, Enrique, Smith and Taylor to get sold - who the fuck will we have playing in the first team???
  10. That should have been the name change I still miss Armchair Penis
  11. Thankyou, thankyou and indeed thankyou
  12. O'Neill's a bigger bottler than Keegan's ever been, backed out of the chance of managing any of the big teams at every opportunity. That said I'd have taken him instead of Souness at the time without doubt.
  13. Allegedly contracted during a pig 'roast' at the weekend
  14. This evening I shall be mostly drinking rum, got nowt else planned though so I'll probably end up just vegetating in front of the tele with Mrs Armchair.
  15. I'd like to think that it couldn't possibly happen... but with Ashley running the show you just know that it's more likely to happen than not.
  16. ... sadly we don't have a 'took the bait' smiley so the hunter one will have to do.
  17. Lol, Thanks guys, we'll have a press conference about it at 3pm
  18. So with all the newspapers once again bringing our potential take-over up once again this morning, can their be many straws left for our CT to grasp? Like the papers are saying Ashley is 'dithering', fucking dithering?! No fucking shit he's dithering! He's been dithering since the end of last season!!! Cunt.
  19. Some twat in the ground was slating Keegan at the match yesterday for fleecing the club. If I wasn't watching the match, rather than just give him a withering look of contempt, I'd have reminded him Keegan got a third of what Allardyce did. I'd have been tempted to chin the cunt
  20. Uh oh, I'm having dejavu! This happened when I came back home and caught the second half the other night against Scunthorpe - we were 1-0 down, I got online, we scored, then bugger me we still got gubbed 2-1!
  21. Yep, been wearing them for about 15 years now, tried the monthly soft ones, the ones you can sleep in, the coloured ones and the daily ones. The only ones I ever had a problem with was the ones you can sleep in and that was because I was suffering from hayfever at the time and the optician said it made them unsuitable. Never had any other problems though and much prefer them to my glasses, don't even feel I'm wearing them anymore unless I accidentally fall asleep in them. I wear mine from about 6:30am to about 11:30pm-1am and have never suffered any side effects from doing so. I've found the daily ones to be the best, mainly because of ease of use and general comfort over time. Which company did you go with? I've been with Boots Opticians for years but have been tempted to try other avenues.
