I like Clery but Pod on the Tyne is a miserably dross affair usually, couldn't bother listening after an episode or two.

I think it's more than just the prestige and excitement of a new stadium though now isnt't it with PSR. We need the bigger income streams, sponsorships etc to be able to invest more in the squad etc etc. That's the part that's most frustrating for me about the delays in the stadium and new training ground. All linked to added revenue in the stinking modern world of PSR football or whatever they are calling it these days.
