  1. Nice to see Brazil maintaining their tradition of cheating and feigning injury - much to the amusement of the pathetic commentrary duo
  2. Cutting the money to the poorest to help the richest set up their own schools. Its not taking long for the evil cunts to show their true colours They always have and always will be horrible bastards - that wanker osbourne will be sitting on a bike outside no.10 telling us to get on ours next - honestly, they might as well be telling the normal working man to fuck off while they piss themselves laughing - this isn't going to end well
  3. Stand by for the sequel. Coming soon to the North East. Aye your right but what the hell, its not the chinless bastards that are affected, anyhow give it 8 - 10 years, the mandatory foreign conflict to keep the country onside for the election and every fucker in tears cos they have fucked every public service worker, heavy industry company and low to mid income family then maybe these daft cunts thinking the tories are some sort of saviour will get the scent of the morning coffee but, hey, what do I know, apart from knowing I was a damn sight better off under labour than under the tories
  4. For what its worth I left school during the pomp of the last tory regime when there were no apprenticeships and no jobs other than yts and other pointless schemes, however, I managed to gain work eventually and buy a house, in true tory tradition, the missus got pregnant and stopped work whilst the tories introduced the poll tax (which quadrupled the cost of rates) and the 15% mortgage base rate. It was all good fun having to work three shit jobs, miss my kid growing up and eventually become estranged from the missus thanks maggie , thanks john, fuck off you tory scum and your elitist , chinless, old school tie shitbag bumchums.
  5. Aye both seem very handy - Kaka looks bloody awful but at least robhinho looks good - tremendously well organised first half performance from Korea. My dad saw them in 66 because their group games were up here and he says they were really good but basically got kicked out of it by the ruskies -reckons it was one of the worst referee performances he has ever seen
  6. I didn't realise that I assumed they would have control of the broadcast, fair enough but some cunt wants shooting - I heard on the radio this morning that ITV hd viewers had missed gerrards goal cos they had cut to something else - I don't want my viewing experience enriched I just want to watch the football with the odd action replay when something good happens - oh and totally agree on that commentator - woeful
  7. I wish I hadn't been watching ITV - that was, without doubt, the worst production of a football match I have ever seen - atrocious just doesn't even scratch the surface. There seems to be this obsession that all displays of emotion that any of the protagonists display have to be viewed over and over again in those fucking ridiculous HD slo-mos- i swear I nearly kicked the fuckin telly in - the game was being played and all we were seeing was Gerrards celebration, Tim howards shouting some tourette induced verbal volley at his defence or Capello doing an impression of Mrs Brady old lady on the sideline - just totally infuriating - i wouldn't care they played a blinder getting Adrian Chiles and even squeezed a Clash song into the build up but ,dear me the rest........
  8. I fought the law - The Clash Hanging on the telephone - Blondie My way - Sid Vicious And REM did a set of cover versions live in the eighties which included 'have you ever seen the rain' by CCR and 'behind closed doors' by Willie Nelson(?) when stipes voice was strong and they were fucking amazing
  9. You're a total nob. I bet you weren't taking the piss out of dead people after the Omagh bombing. Apparently one of the dead was a famous (in those circles) Rugby league player for Workington. Some lass reading in the paper here, went over to his car as she thought he was asking for directions (a bloke in a taxi asking for directions fuck knows how that works) and he fired two shots at her one went through her ponytail. She commented "I'm pleased he missed." pmsl am not laughing at what's happened it's pure saddened me, but am pleased he fuckin missed, great comment. Hope this is a signal to the authorities to have another crackdown on all types of guns - the proliferation of these things is a greater threat to society than any amount of drugs or alchohol - stricter regulation required
  10. Exactly he has just traumatised a shitload of people as well as the murders - actions of a seriously mentally ill person or a selfish horrible bastard who deserved a slower more painful death
  11. Just stuck an ayrton on them - dark horses
  12. Makes you wonder where he got the fuckin gun from and thank god they aren't more widespread otherwise you'd get every nutter with a grudge killin innocents left right and centre Supposed to be shotgun rather than a handgun according to reports on the Beeb so it's fairly easy to get hold of one. Hasn't Fop got a licence btw? If thats true there should be a few on here checking their funeral and will arrangements
  13. Makes you wonder where he got the fuckin gun from and thank god they aren't more widespread otherwise you'd get every nutter with a grudge killin innocents left right and centre
  14. Kenya to Tanzania then ferry to Zanzibar and back again to Kenya goin in October - never been so hopefully plenty of drink and women
  15. I like Ian Darke as a commentator and he is a great loss to the boxing coverage - Millwall have been more powerful but 1-0 is never safe
  16. Could do alot worse than Boyd - he is an unknown quantity at this level but considering he is for nowt and seems to have a bit of the instinctive finisher about him i reckon he is worth the risk-one of those where he flops or becomes a cult hero
  17. I think thats sort of the point I am mixing it up anyway, various other workouts involved for me but this is the only thing thats got a website and a proper schedule i haven't looked at the plan. is it a total body workout? i trained only upper body for years but it wasn't until i spread the work around legs and back that i got the results i wanted. i basically threw a shitload of money away at the gym for about 3 years doing endless bicep curls and bench press without seeing any gains before i took the time to learn how to train properly. in my opinion, the best routines are built around a small selection of basic compound excercises that work all the major muscle groups in the body and are performed using free weights that work stabiliser muscles, never machines that only focus on isloated muscle groups. do a selection of 6 from this lot 4 or 5 times a week - squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press, pull up, bent over row, lunges, dips. do 5 sets of 5, using the heaviest weight you can lift while maintaing correct form. combine that with a sensible nutrition plan and i gurantee you will be amazed at the results. sorry if i'm preaching to the converted. it may be that your plan already looks a lot like this. just always keen to help others avoid wasting the time and money i did before i got in to real training. Aye thats pretty much spot on - i have used the 5x5 stronglift regime for 8 weeks then used a more hypertrophic schedule for 8 weeks and as you say the results are really good - diet for me is the real cornerstone - eat loads of protein, loads of veg and fruit, loads of porridge and drink gallons of water and you'll be alreet
  18. Call it lazy journalism if you want but it strikes me as strange that the lies were made up about the most northerly high profile club in England. Its an entrenched view held by the southern would-be intelligentsia that we are all northern monkeys and we are obviously as racist as we are stupid. I was there for Andy Coles home debut and there was nothing 'in the air' - what a load of shit - he was warmly welcomed as was ruel fox, sir les and all of the black players we signed. Even Franz carr was cheered and he was crap. of course the NF days are an embarrassment to us all but that was way before the Keegan managerial era - these comments should be withdrawn and followed by a full apology
  19. theres a disproportionally large amount of football journos from the east end according to a chapter in this book...the chapter is written by one of them...somebody Dillon? They do get a huge amount of good press...makes you fuckin sick when you see how the fans treated Glenn Roeder when we beat them. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Forgive-Our-Press-...9184&sr=8-1 Aye the "tumour boy" chant was only surpassed by the one about Beckhams baby in terms of crossing the line in my opinion. But, again, conveniently forgotten about by all the barra boy journo's , yet, the Mido chant nearly made the fuckin BBC news
  20. What a disgusting and despicable pair those two cunts of chairmen are - Zola may not have been a good manager but the constant undermining and inflammatory statements they directed at somebody who appears to be a decent person aswell as a footballing legend was nothing short of disgraceful. I would assume the light treatment they received from the media despite the constant shite they spoke and comedy coats they wore was something to do with the geography of the club.
  21. I don't know. Tottenham haven't been classed as a big club for over 20 years, they haven't had the performances or the true fanbase to do it. Now though they're in one of the most densely populated places in Europe, and are building a 60,000 stadium, and have just qualified for the CL. That will increase their stature ten fold. We've been better known worldwide than the likes of them, Everton and Villa, purely cos of our title battles and particularly CL entrances. They have it now, not 7 and 12 years ago like us. It's a worry. You look at Arsenal they couldn't fill Highbury every week for years, bit of investment and success and they took off with all the money and gloryhunters down there, I can see it happening again. It's a nightmare. All good points, I just think Man City would be a more permanent fixture in the CL given the wealth of their owners. Its going to be a tight squeeze at both ends of the table next season - no room at the top end like - even Tottenham and Man citys habit of fucking things up looks to be a thing of the past so in effect the top six next season are set in stone as long as liverpool get their act together - slim pickings for the also rans and a season long relegation battle
  22. Aye - what's all that about? he must of had shitabix for breakfast
  23. I have a feeling it may go the distance but just in case I have taken Valuev to KO Haye in any of the first four rounds and Haye for a KO in either round 1 or 2 - it maybe the case that Valuevs' huge weight and size difference could count against a 'small'and chinny Haye or that Hayes speed and Explosive punchpower could count early - will be interesting
  24. I was hoping he was skipping a couple of services on his helicopter
