  1. Geordie still living in Gods own though again, Stevie would disagree Born and bred in the West End and now living in co Durham.
  2. Here you go - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22000973 According to that I'm Established Middle Class
  3. I always like to think of myself as working class and base that on my upbringing. But two pots simply isnt enough to stereotype people these days. Wasnt there a recent study / waste of time thing that suggested there are now 7 class levels or something?
  4. Was prob on about horses or something. Did you see the clip of him in the picture man
  5. I's agree with Andy. The dog is white and the pic needs to reflect that, crank up the exposure in Photoshop or whatever. The grass either needs to be gone, or look like its meant to be there. The Moon is ok, Id be cropping right in as the sky is offering nothing. If you take a shot of the moon you want a tri-pod, a cable release or timer and zoom right in etc. I can discuss settings if you want those. Heres one I took doing that : http://www.flickr.com/photos/34459996@N04/5106391371/in/photolist-8MeAfx-8MeAe2-8mieMf-bGddRr-btip6s-bBfAiX

    Keeping fit

Gym Weights 3 days a week Gym Cardio 1 day a week Run or bike 5K once a week outside Odd game of Squash and odd 10mile hill walk. Also for those interested : A - Weights = Increase Strength, Muscle Endurance & Improve Physique B - Cardio = Improve Cardiovascular Health, improve overall body health C - Good Nutrition = Numerous Heath benefits & Weight loss You can do any one on its own and achieve some of those results, but its more efficient to combine them all. So you will have better "A" if you also include "C" and better yet if you include a bit of "B" Most people want fat loss. C on its own is the quickest way but A and B help it along.

    Keeping fit

Nah, Holly Johnson all day there man
  8. Im convinced MA is going to take a fat wedge out of the club to repay his "lending" and thus reduce the overall asking price he wants.
  9. Got that hand on hip pose off to a T though
  10. Its a sad case when you're fine with the move in the hope we'd reinvest the money to improve the squad. I dont like looking back as its pointless, I'd much rather deal with the now, but how I miss the days when we would reject bids for the likes of Cabaye and still look to strengthen the squad. We've been beat down so many times now we're accepting the new way of things. Like Tom said and this is exactly as I am these days, it wouldnt be so bad if we felt we were going it for the good of the club, to compete. But its not. I just dont feel like the club are arsed about progress, just maintaining where we are.
  11. Aye, he was probably locked in a room inside a roll of cotton wool.
  12. Didnt really expecting anything from this despite Pardews hot air (what else can he say). Dont mind getting beat as long as we give a good account of ourselves and look like we've at least been working on something in training...
  13. Club have been after this sale for fucking ages. We might have knocked back £10M in public but I bet we told them we'd keep him out while we negotiate. Roll over like a soft fucking puppy.
  14. Keeping fit isnt all about going to the gym like and everyone should be doing something. "I havent got time" you need to add "to live" to the end of that a 30min walk a few times a week at a fast pace is one of the best things you can do at a minimal. As said, if you have kids they are a brilliant source of keeping yourself (and them) healthy. They were my reason for turning a corner in my own health and now I see being healthy as a lifestyle choice. Works for me, though I realise its not for everyone.
  15. Don't have anything i can think of, I'm sure some here might though. Either way best of luck with it.
  16. Similarly love old classic war films. Some modern ones are canny but the old b&w ones just have a nostalgia about them. Like most I could name 3 today and a different 3 tomorrow but for now The Thin Red Line The Great Escape Apocalypse Now
  17. It's getting canny reviews on a few sites like, rotten tomatoes etc
  18. Went to see The Conjuring last night. Was ok, bit like the Exorcist in a way and better than the more recent offerings like Paranormal Activity. Suspense Horror with a few jumpy bits.
  19. It's MUCH easier to lose money with higher month on month costs. Higher turnover means nothing. These days large fan base means little. We've never been that profitable despite decent t/o in past. Remember : Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity
  20. Now that its all signed off, happy to announce yours truly is the main sponsor for the game (via my company, Cool Designs Ltd). Genuinely though can see this being one of the best charity games we've had with the line up. They're doing what they can to raise as much as they can for some excellent causes as well.
  21. I dont have a second team, but if I did it would be ACM mainly due to the stuff Ive done with them over the years etc. Cracking strip as well But look at the names man, like you say and I dont see how anyone could miss this game like.
  22. Is that last bit from you or him?
