1. I have to say, whilst I agree that JJ is overated, I think Football365 have developed a boring agenda with him now. Change the record.
2. Both Parker and Murphy should be in ahead of Jenas, that's not a bitter and twisted assesment either, it's fact. Eric Gates made a good point about Crouch last night on the Leg-Ends, English centre forwards used to be picked if they were scoring goals, Crouch hasn't scored in the PL all season. He's in because he's a freak of nature.
3. Thank christ I say, sick of their bullshit tbh. Shearer seems to have been speaking to the press a lot more this season though.
4. clinical depression is a mental illness,no trigger is needed, 43143 That's true, could be a chemical imbalance in the brain. Can be genetic. I read a story about a bloke who was very rich and very successful but suffered from clinical depression. Every so often he'd feel it creeping up and check himself into a clinic for a month or so. I suppose he was lucky that he had the money to deal with it, but it just went to show that his condition was medical rather than circumstantial.
5. He can't defend. There's one. In all seriousness, he was starting to show us last season that he could do a job for us, would be a shame if he has got something that will curtail his career.
6. I think a lot of football fans are pissed off with him but don't really want to be, he's quite a funny bloke and was a great footballer but he's acted like a tit during his life. Bit like Gazza really, you still remember the footballer but you can't really agree with his lifestyle and stuff like beating his wife. I want to love Gazza like I've always done but he keeps doing things to try and make me hate him.
7. Alex and mancy sitting in a tree...R..I..M..M..I..N..G Sorry, I've gone too far this time.
8. Jesus wept, Ameobi taking the piss out of them, they're going to get humped on Saturday.
9. I'd rather my peas weren't mushed, but each to their own.

Students

Loads of students in Morrisons at dinnertime. Bastids.
11. I don't know like, there was a fair few of our lot not so happy afterwards (in the pissing rain I might add)...
12. I just rented that. Not watched it yet though. Yesterday I watched Downfall, a German film about the last 10 days of world war 2 in Hitlers bunker. Excellent film. Mrs Goebbels is particularly shocking. Took me mother to the flicks tonight to see Pride and Prejudice and I loved that too. Proper wifey film like but as a big fan of Moulin Rouge, that suits me down to the ground. I was never keen on Keira Knightley before, but I love her now. 42080 Pride and Prejudice is quite simply one of the best books ever written. Not seen the film yet but heard mixed reviews. The BBC adaptation was a masterpiece mind you-can't believe it's 10 years old this year! 42646 tbh
13. I wont say it! 42791 Was this going to be a 'you could hang your keys off them' comment?
14. Bollocks no! I'm really saddened by that. Barker as Fletcher is the greatest tv comedy character ever. Fact. RIP
15. A point on Chopra, I think it's pretty obvious that The Beast doesn't fancy him at all as a footballer, which is why he can do what he likes in the reserves yet always be last choice. The fact Souness continued with Shola when it appears he was having a mare says it all. I'd probably be inclined to agree with him like.
16. The kid who plays Micky got viral meningitis over the weekend, I think it was God punishing him.
17. now just because i gave you flowers doesnt mean you'll learn all my bra secrets 42517 How about some of them then?
18. Just out of interest, is it really £15 to stand and watch Torquay? I'm always surprised by how much it costs lower league fans to go to games, everyone assumes it's a fiver or something but I went to see Sheff Wed in League 2 in a fairly normal seat and it cost me £25! 42727 yes honestly, £15 to stand at Plainmoor, £16 to sit. Went to Swindon V Tufc last season, (league one then) cost £23, thought that was really steep. 42735 Having been to Swindon, £3 would have been steep!
19. Smothered, I like being smothered.
20. Did anyone see the documentary they did on Ralph Little when he went to have trials for his home town club Bury? It was done before the first Match and basically followed Ralph around as he tried to get his fitness back and then go for a days trial. He looked a good player, but Andy Preece was the then manager of Bury and he was a bit of a twat to him to be honest. He didn't even watch him in training and then just told him he wasn't good enough. Thought it was slightly unfair.
21. I suppose it depends where you move to. I know in Alnwick a lot of the locals are getting pissed off because their kids can't afford to buy property locally anymore as prices have been pushed up. Therefore any outsider, southern or not, might get a bit of an annoyed cold shoulder. 42724 Same in loads of rural areas all over the country. Places like Cornwall have suffered particularly badly. 42728 I bet the French are getting pissed off as well. I'm sure certain rural areas of France will be declared as British soil within the next decade...
