I purchased a jump rope at the start of the summer to take to the park and do half way through my regular run route. It's a lot more exhausting than I can remember back at school!
-
I caught the extended advert for that on one of the channels that doesn't air in the morning - that looks intense!!
-
Road bike? I've been thinking of making the purchase at some point but haven't really got enough space to store one bike let alone two!
-
I had a knee operation a few years back and my fitness levels have never been the same. I've ran a few 1/2 marathons in the past in fairly decent times , and I'm hoping to enter some next year as a goal to aim for, but generally any running I do now requires a couple of days rest afterwards for my knee's to recuperate (I'm only 28 FFS, sound like i'm double that!). Really into mountain biking, but don't get out as much as I used to as I now live in London and pretty much any incline in gradient is man-made. Also play 5-a-side when i get the chance, used to play every week last year but's all went quiet of recent. What do people on here do for fitness / sporting activities?

Christ watching the highlights is depressing. 4th goal we totally give up on, between Colo and Debuchy that should not have happened.
-
Bit of deep heat on the leg and a kick up the arse. If he plays shit first half, switch the method around.

NUFC representatives overseas means JKF on a booze run to France and finalising a deal with Larry White as PSG.

Actually, he probably doesn't fit into our transfer policy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Hope_(footballer)- 10610 replies

Padrew in the papers this morning saying the transfer window should be changed to close before the first game of the season. I agree with his comments, but by this logic we should have completed all out business by now, which I'm vet very much hoping we have not! Therefore surely we are going to have to be similar to Arsenal and go in for some teams players in this period?- 10610 replies

It was a red, he swings for him, even if it was soft. Taylor is going to love signing up to twitter now!
-
Ben Arfa looking bright at least.
-
I don't think I'm going to be able to take Jamie Carragher all season - though whether he last's is another question, he's taking months off his life already, looks like he's going to explode with anger just talking about Arsenal!
-
If Cabaye can't play a game because of a poxy, no-where near his valuation bid coming in for him, than he can do one as far as I'm concerned. His head isn't in the right place to represent a club that has been paying him all pre-season to get match fit? nonsense.
-
I'll be interested in the pre-match interview with Pardew and whether he goes on one of his selling speeches about Cabaye, or whether he does what he should and says something about it being an very unprofessional time to place a bid.
-
This was my feeling this morning, but the closer we're getting to kick off the more I seem to be looking forward to this. I think this may be more due to the fact that it could potentially kick JFK in the arse to get some players and start some movement in the transfer window. Nevertheless, It's good that the season is back!!

just watched episode 10; The pace slows down a bit in this one, and all episode I just wanted to know what was happening to Jesse. You find out a brief bit at the end, and it again sets up the start of the next episode nicely. There were no oranges in this episode. I can't remember seeing any types of fruit for that matter, so no cues for me to miss this week.... :/
-
aye, probably going to open some floodgates now where PSG piss all over any bid from Arsenal. JFK, time to show us what you're made of
-
He'll see it as a step up, as any player probably would, regardless of what's going on there at the moment.
-
the wireless is saying we have rejected the bid. No mention of the price-tag.
-
we've apparently had Cabaye since 2007.
-
I'd be using the money to buy Fellani and Baines and still have a few Bob left over to get some more Sports Direct signs up around the place....
-
This. Every man and their dog know that Arsenal are going to be after some premier league proven players now with such little time to settle into the season. Ashley should have Mr Wenger bent over one of them cannons outside their ground if they want to take Cabaye before the window shuts. Not that we'll see any of it ( the money, not the cannon action).
