Id take playing championship football with Shearer as manager over fighting relegation every year with Fat Sam as manager. Sorted, Id forgotten to save them off the CD first and was trying to edit the pics already on there

Just got back off my hols and somebody saved a load of digital pics to a CD for me. When I try and open them on my Laptop though it says they are read only and cant be edited in any way. Ive tried unclicking 'read only' in the properties but it just says there is an error and cant be done. Any ideas?
