    The Cluny

I went to see Temper Trap there, and it's a good little venue. It's abit bigger or the same size as the Academy 2, but i liked it, It's traditional looking, the only downside is walking there from the city centre as it's about 20-30mins, but aye... Who you going to see btw?
  2. Is Whitley Bay a hot spot for crack cocaine use or something???? Fuckin Liverpool. In all of the Premiership years the ONLY time they can be heard is when they're winning. Again I'd put them in the shittest 10, they're the most cringeworthy bunch of the lot. "Put your hands up for Dirk Kuyt, he loves this city", he must be the only cunt that does. Man Utd, Leeds and West Ham have been the best three. I could agree with that. The Ventspils' 3 fans were pure class, they even brought a massive banner with them, and Level 7 had abit banter with them.
  3. Thought I may aswell put this here; But are the Newcastle United Independant Supporters Association and the NUST/NUSC the same project/group? And how could I contact them (both)? Or would it be easier to PM peaspud?
  4. Bombing Alien/ET bases tbh. [/conspiracy]
  5. Was that because no one could hear them? Was going to say. I'm about 10 seats away from the away fans, and never heard that.
  6. I was watching it like, seemed to start from the Bristol City fans on the (front) terrace bit who were over the Toon fans side, and when we started to leave on the stairway nearest to the away fans it just started to kick off. When I went down I walked past the away fans aswell and the police on the 2 horses were getting pretty aggresive for no real reason and got a hold of a couple of people by the neck and slinged them away, (aswell as moving people back). Their fans (and players) were a tad pathetic, seemed like they won a cup final not a point @ SJP... for such a "small club" that we are apparently... PS. They were a canny good set of fans tbh though.
  7. Atleast he can whip a good ball in... ...Oh. Wait.
  8. SSN says Colo and Taylor (presumably ryan) won't be playing Radio coverage on 5 Live sports extra btw what about simpson?? is he playing otherwise it'll be geremi!!!! i reckon the CB pairing of Saylor of Kisinishvilli (????) will be canny good. 2-1 Oh aye I forgot about ZK Jonas is back and Simpson "could return" according to sky sports website .com are reporting it the other way 'round.

    Barton

Thought there might be a chance of an improvement when we were in the PL, but he's been even worse in the CCC than ever before (I know he can't help the injuries, but his form prior has been v. poor). What a waster.
  10. I think they'll come out flying to begin with, but after that pressure I think It'd be abit like the Cardiff game, and we'll be pretty comfortable in the end, but aslong as we get the points, then I'll be a happy lad. 0-1. Carroll.

  12. Believe, believe :spit: Too many whispers around this week for this not to be true. We must of heard 'end of the week' about 24 times now. So I'm not going to believe it 'til it's done and dusted like, just to save the disappointment if nothing happens again.

  14. Newcastle United to the 7 Nations Army tune.
  15. I like Sevilla too. As you say the fans are great. I guess you know about the Biris Norte, probably the most famous supporter group in Spain. An antirasist, antifascist group of fans who create a great atmosphere at the games. Have you been down there to see a game? Just looked them up on Youtube, and one of the first videos what came up was: The surfer is massive!
  16. PAOK, PSV and Inter Milan from other countries, I don't check the scores or anything like that, but PAOK, I just love their fans tbh, they play in black and white and their from the NE of Greece. Not really sure why because of PSV and Inter Milan, but in essence, I've got 'respect' or a soft spot for them.
  17. I get what your saying, but we sing it to every team we play anyway.
