Now that Reeves has been endorsed by Osborne the potential manifesto isn't even vaguely centrist - it's right of centre on the economy, law and order, Brexit, the NHS and immigration. Well done to the focus groups of cunts - they're going to be very happy.

Had enough clear chances to bury them like. -

Bitter I know but I don't see how a competition can have different rules for different games - I'd be fucked off if I was a scouse Mackem as they had a goal var'ed off (correctly) last night for 2-2. -

First game of the season in 1980 - first real mass invasion I was part of - about 10k (no Mackem multiplier needed) - a bit of bother but mainly caused by overcrowding and police stupidity (quite prescient). -

I'm a fundamental atheist but when that rain started I believed that God existed for a minute and that he was a cunt. The Chelsea semi was one of my lowest points as a fan - I went straight home and played Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead on repeat for an hour before finally snapping out of it. Fucking Poyet. -
Do they not remember how hard they had to work to free ticket their way to 48k regularly? Daft question I know but...

It's an interesting concept but I've tried listening to them and found my hatred of jazz trumps by love of Sabbath.

Despite biting at him whinging about the pens, I noticed he mentioned that we don't normally play like that which pleased him that they forced us to do that. A lot of the comments online are suggesting we're "just" a park the bus/shithouse team so him pointing out the the truth wasn't really noticed but it was still welcome.

Haven't they lost that Simms back to Everton as well? - could be both main strikers.

Aren't a lot of their players loanees? Sounds a lot like Forest last/this year.

Four league titles two centuries ago. (plus another two in the same era as ours admittedly)

All the best to everyone.

Ratzinger - hateful bigot and abuser protector.

If the condition is promotion we'll be fucked on it if they appoint the Cabbage.

I caught a bit of the reception Wenger got the other day - deserved cheers/applause - but the hypocrisy given how viciously they drove him out fucking stank.

Few tweets about him going to Norwich - mainly piss-taking but in all honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they were that stupid.

Much like Stokoe - played for and captained us, was born and lived all his life on Tyneside but somehow is synonymous with them? Not knocking his record as their manager but still... I've mentioned before I read Milburn's autobiography years ago and can't remember him mentioning them in any context other than in relation to us. As you suggest he may have been one of those blokes from that era (my Dad and Uncles among them) who went to both but always favoured one or the other when it came to a choice. Then again I'm usually cynical when player's support for a team is discussed as usually they simply don't have the time as playing is their life. It may have been slightly easier years ago compared with the modern way of being associated with a club from 8 or younger but still.

I think James O'brien said it best when he talks about how part of the education/culture of the UK is that we're deliberately ingrained with the notion that anyone who's that posh is automatically intelligent and worthy of being thought of as our "better" with the right to rule and be looked up to. Hilariously it applies to Johnson as well but Rees-Mogg epitomises it. It's all emperor's new clothes of course.
