Owen was my MoM for me yesterday, Zoggy would be close second, the rest could not be rated at all.

4 games =£400K not bad for a month!

He's certainly having the last laugh! Gonna be watching some even more crazy football soon!

Could the potential new owners negotiate this when striking a deal to buy NUFC, part of the due dilligence stuff ----- and get these 3 arseholes off the books.
-
IMO can't see either happening at the moment, El Tel wants extended contract and NUFC are offering match by match - stalemate. IMO the nigerians stuff is a story too far, really big con!

What really pisses me off is what is not going on, on the pitch. We were shite last night. These guys earn in a month more than most of us earn in a year. They are really well paid for doing very little and all we expect in return is a good performance and a desire to win from every player that puts on a B&W shirt. Now tell me that is the case, I am sure as hell don't see it, they get upset at what is going on at the club etc. Get real fellas, get motivated and earn your crust. Overpaid bunch of t#*ts that really don't give a shit. In my job if something upsets me or there is something going on that causes me to feel pissed off I have to get on with it, and make sure that I earn a crust. I have to work as part of a team and I don't want to let my colleagues down by putting in a poor performance. The more we work together the more profitable we are. That surely is the hub of the problem at NUFC, No Team Work - from the top of the club to the bottom, and when the going got tough they all bailed out. How many players will bail in January - even with new owners?
-
Would not normally go to this type of match, especially when on telly, so I guess I'm not really boycotting.

http://www.craigmcateer.pwp.blueyonder.co....e%20adenuga.htm Can this be one of the rich list Nigerians prepared to invest in NUFC? Search Google for Mike Adenuga and take a look at what comes back!

Broke the jaw of a team-mate I think (as a player), don't think he ever managed them though.

Four ST holders in our family and all four are boycotting on Saturday. It's not about the money from our point of view, although it hurts, we want the image of at least an emptier stadium to be publicised, add all the demos and other forms of boycott it just might have an impact. I agree the Spurs match will be the real test but just let's see how many fans do mean what they say. Maybe it will all fade away and there will be no real boycott etc and we will hit the press for the wrong reasons yet again. Lots of shouting about nowt and no real action by the NUFC supporters.

At least, as long as it takes, I hate the MAN!

I think that this article is spot on, me, my son, and brother-in-law have ST and all paid up for the next 3 seasons. We decided to boycott when all this blew up. I've posted regularly on other MB and I do not intend to change my view. An emptier than normal stadium should send MA the real message and it will be newsworthy material. A near to normal stadium will send a message back through the media and we will be branded as nothing more than a bunch of fickle fans that just accepts anything that is served up.

Very adult, well done to all of you involved, only wish our numbskull of a manager had been as grown up when dealing with Mr Bellamy.

This might just be the ticket ........... might open the door for Owen. I would not complain if JJ went to Arsenal for that sort of dosh, IMO he's a bit of a lightweight anyway, still not sure if he's the best. Couple seasons back my view of him was different, maybe what's been happening at the Toon has taken it's toll on his on and off the pitch performances.
-
I'd like to think Owen is the genuine target and that all of the others have been a smokescreen........... get the mat out tonight.

I agree especially as wages affect profitability and ultimately reflect the amount of dividend for the shareholders. Well done the Fat Controller, certainly in the interest of the shareholders. At least the size of the squad remains the same .... ..Moore in and Viana out.
