Materialism: The "What have you bought?" Thread

They should really have attached a couple of arms to it and called it the Flymo-bot. A good decision though, robots should be doing our chores, not us.

What are you talking about now? Sat in your house with a sooty face like some sort of throwback racist after sticking your head up your maggot filled chimney, and thinking you can challenge a man with a robot hoover.

How much was that Gemmill? I was under the impression a Concept II cost a fortune - but this may be based on the fact I did rowing at school and the Gym got some kind of National lottery grant for about 30 of them. Great machines

can get them used for around 500 i think last time i looked anyway (pending on model), better off with spending the money on something decent for a rower anyway, all the cheaper ones seem to be shit

those water filled ones look great as well

Yeh they look great fun. I'll be after something proper for the winter I think but wait and see.

I'd be happy enough paying £500ish for a concept II mind.

You could buy an actual rowing boat for less than that man

Aye, but you could join the army instead of playing call of duty but its fucking cold outside most of the time.

Or too hot.

It could get you a man o' war for all I care, it doesn't mean it's any good for 30 minutes on an evening.

@@Tom It's 860 new. Canny pricey but I'm looking at it as something that'll last for years so hopefully it'll be worth it!

Free delivery btw. [emoji38]

Aye. Been off it for a bit after some sexy surgery but was back in the dojo on Tuesday. It's like Muscle Beach in my garage these days.
