I look like I'm planning a nether-region combover... no fit nurses what so ever. The surgical team were all talking about how it's cocktail hour and what their favourite drink was, then just as I was dropping off in the Operation room, the anaesthetist said "Sex op, right?" We use diathermy to either cut tissue or cauterise bleeding vessels and it's electrical so the plate has to sit over a muscle. Mind, I didn't get any sleep at all last night. Probably anxiety rather anything else. Still got a dull ache, but I'm on Co-Dydramol and Ibuprofen. Hungry as fuck though, haven't eaten anything since 8pm Wednesday except a tuna sandwich immediately on waking up. Got naff all in the house and don't feel like walking anywhere just yet.
