The East Stand against Blackburn will read PUMA logo, SPORTS DIRECT NEWCASTLE UNITED SPORTS DIRECT, puma logo.

4FS. How tacky :( We want Shepherd back.

Have you got proof of this Stevie?

Hardly the 'identical' sign we were told about :icon_lol:

EDIT: and also suggests the Puma deal will last beyond next summer :o:icon_lol:

What a 5 grand (max) ad? Wraith is rarely wrong, factually anyway.

Aye OK man, I'm not suggesting you're making it up or that you've got a shite source. I'm just not wanting to believe it until it's seen with my own eyes.

On that, can anyone explain the logic to me why the club shop sells Newcastle shirts for £40 but you can buy the same shirt from Sports Direct for £35???

Is it a sleight upon supporters who would rather support the club directly or what?

they are £40 with the prem shoulder badges in sports direct where i am and it's the only sports shop that sells them no other shop sells newcastle shirts only the top four clubs and some spanish clubs.

It's always been like that. They're two completely different companies to be fair with, and perhaps deal with a different type of customer. I don't know of any club shop in the land that sells merchandise at prices at the cheaper end of the scale. It's overly cynical to imply that Ashley would do it to offend the fans, if you ask me.
