They really hate Shearer and all things Newcastle. I can honestly say I don't hate them at all, I just find them a source of amusement, they are unintentionally hilarious. At best my opinions on their players and former managers are agnostic. Looking at their line up, I honestly haven't heard of most of them. They're not much smaller than the greater variety. You'd indeed have to nails to nail one.  I just thought it was a bizarre comparison and as J69 says, just an excuse to have a dig at us despite Isak clearly showing he is the exception rather than the rule in our squad. And oh aye, no team has suffered mercenaries more than those lot over the years. At least ours in the main have been decent unlike the absolute shite they have had like Rodwell.
