SSRI side effects tend to get better after a couple of weeks. If you can't tolerate Sertraline then you could another SSRI like try Fluoxetine, Citalopram, Vortioxetine or Escitalopram. 
 

There are other classes of anti-depressants which work well too. Mirtazapine (start at 30mg rather than 15mg) or Venlafaxine.
