Alexander Isak

Liverpool are the last club I want to sell Isak too. They've set out to undermine our player and club from the shadows so they can get him on the cheap. It's all been very staged and deliberate, they're a nasty bunch of disrespectful cunts trying to bully us into selling to them on their terms. I'm hoping we show some pride and just turn our backs on them.

I think our response to their 110m bid was us doing just that. The fact they've not been back somewhat backing that up.

Id love to see how we worded the turning down of that offer, given it was supposedly done in quite strong terms

If the owners have turned Liverpool down properly, I wouldnt be surprised if they signed Wissa instead. That would put us in our place.

Interesting (coincidental) piece from Linked-In (no I didn't find it there):

She missed a "not" out of her first bullet point.

Already said that he’s not interested. Presumably he thinks they’re a pack of cunts as well

Hopefully it was pinned to a sheep's head and thrown through the front door at Anfield

If there was an competence in the people above Howe, they should be making it clear to Isak that if Liverpool had actually wanted him, they would pay for him. That if they had wanted Gordon they would have bid for him. That if Liverpool had really wanted Isak, the bid would have been made before Ekitike. That the priorities of Liverpool were to get him first.

Liverpool could have easily spoke to Frankfurt and said, 'We are buying Isak then coming in for Ekitike'.

The glory hunters are the worst by a country mile, it's why they're glory hunters, lack of moral fibre and shit crack, no mates etc. if you've met one, you've met them all, it even goes up a notch when they're foreign glory hunters.

Edwards is right, he probably can repair the fan relationship to a point but I doubt anyone will forget this episode. He needs to grow up, accept that he's doing another year and perform to the best of his ability. If he does the first 2 things, then perhaps we might actually see a more consistent player than the one we saw at the start and end of the season. It's all down to him though.
