RobElliott 2390
The reporting all summer was that we wouldn't sell until we had replacements so fingers crossed we will have a striker announced tomorrow.
Craig 12383
Maybe I’m naive, but I hoped honour was a value that so entrenched in the Saudi Arabian way of thinking, that they wouldn’t allow themselves to sanction his exit during this window. When all is said and done, he’s got his own way, and it stinks to high heaven. At some point a club is going to stand firm and not buckle. I desperately hoped it would be us with Isak. Mixture of emotions going on, but primarily a combination of let down, angry, disappointed, sad.
Rayvin 8362
Ultimately it hurts more for us than it will do for the club, they'll have been pragmatic about it. Maybe they're wise enough to understand that their own failures at the board level have contributed to this and that's where the effort goes from here in terms of avoiding outcomes like this in future. As for Isak, he's a pathetic excuse for a human being but I doubt he'll care what we think. Maybe one day when it's all over.

Craig 12383
Beardsley, Gascoigne, Cole, Given, Ba, Carroll to name a few. All big name players who’ve left our club during my time. Not one of them showed anything but respect for the process, the club and its magnificent supporters. I regretted their exit, but I wished them no ill. Same cannot be said, nor will ever be said about Alexander Isak. It’s not what he’s done, it’s how he’s done it. I hope he breaks his fucking legs on his debut. And come 31st January, if he hasn’t, then Big Joe will oblige. Horrible, horrible cunt!
RobElliott 2390
So what do we reckon for replacements tomorrow, will we get none, one or two? If we get one in i think its been a good window all things considered by the rat The cunt doesn't like it when he isn't playing so with the other new striker cunt they have and scoring he might not get as many games as he would like. The cunt.
Craig 12383
The fee being banded around is £125m - fixed and with no add ons. Fucking bullshit.

The cunt. I think we’ll get a striker and perhaps one other player. If there’s no incomings, the ownership will be dealing with huge supporter unrest. They cannot afford to not have at least one coming in.
sammynb 4171
Pointless being owned by the world's worst human rights organisation if they are that happy to bend over and be arse fucked by Liverpool. What's been the whole point of holding out to lub themselves up on the last day, Makes. No. Sense. Worst part is now any of the club's players who decide they don't want to see their contract out and insist they are entitled to leave, receive their loyalty payments, etc, have just been given the blueprint. What's the point in supporting this shite, if they aren't even strong enough to stand up for themselves? Edited August 31 by sammynb
acrossthepond 1178
Horrendous if the 125m fixed fee reports are true. Utterly mugged off by the red scum and by the rat himself. What in the actual fuck?
toonotl 4681
Disappointing. Sold to Liverpool. Sold significantly under the club’s valuation. Sold without a replacement. Sold at the last minute. Isak gets everything he wanted. And an avenue to justify his actions against the clubs and its supporters. Saudis look like weak, placating bootlicks. I’ll reserve outright judgments about what this is or represents in real terms. We don’t know the details, probably never will and can’t comment on the behind the scenes stuff. But I think in terms of how it looks this looks awful. The only possible saving grace for me is if Howe decided he absolutely doesn’t want to work with the stupid cunt any longer and wanted rid. If that’s the case, then benefit of the doubt is warranted for Howe. If he wants him gone, then 125m is good money for a person deemed persona non-grata. Leave it at that. I never want to talk about the cunt again after this. (And I hope Bruno chins the cunt when we play them.) Onwards and upwards, we’re a better, more united and stronger club without that poisonous piece of shit. Enjoy Liverpool. He’s now your toxic, entitled, cunt.
Kitman 2869
Is this confirmed? I'm speechless if we've settled for a fixed fee of 125m and allowed Isak to keep his "loyalty" bonus. It's a fucking dark day for the club and we've allowed Liverpool and Isak to walk all over us. Fucking pathetic ttt and I think they will have a lot of unhappy supporters on their hands. It also means contracts with nuf are optional on the player side. Edited September 1 by Kitman
Dougle 4598
PIF showing true colours here mind, as they have for long enough with their purchase of players for their pet fucking league. Shameful and utterly astonishing. Time to reconsider how much time, money and emotional commitment (for me at least) to give to this shit show, clown shoe of a club.
Rayvin 8362
Have reflected on this a bit - it's a fucking bitter one to take and we're all going to be reeling a bit from it after essentially making the guy an icon here, but in the end it's close to £100m on PSR, so essentially the same as a winning the Club WC. You do imagine we could do quite a bit with that given how purchases are spread over contract lifetimes.
Holden McGroin 9903
Pathetic but inevitable. You could tell Howe was done with him but it’s a dark day in the history of NUFC. If we don’t get another striker in then we are going to have a shit season. And it’s all down to that prick. He has fucked us. Isn't the PSR profit more like $62m? i.e 125m transfer fee less 42m book value 15m loyalty bonus 6m real sociedad profit share If my maths is correct we've pretty much doubled the original fee we paid to real sociedad

Holden McGroin 9903
I was looking forward to transfer deadline day. I thought we’d let him go but didn’t think it would be for that money or before we’ve got a striker in the door. I can’t believe we’ve blinked first. The board have a busy few hours or there will be a lot of criticism flying. Howe should walk if this doesn’t happen and I wouldn’t blame him Edited September 1 by Holden McGroin
Chaser 1919
If we don't see an out and out striker coming in today (at least one) then the club and Isak is hanging Eddie out to dry. Woltemade might come in and do it but it doesn't sound like he's been brought in for that purpose. We've seen how difficult it is for us to get goals in the last 3 games, it's going to be a long season and with planning should have been avoided.
