Christmas Tree 6697 Posted Friday at 18:47 Share Posted Friday at 18:47 Neighbour who is a policeman reckons this is being treated by them as very “hands off policing”. No special trains, fans just allowed to meander to the ground. Sounds like a recipe for trouble.

You could be right, there's been a huge increase in sales of plastic swords in Sunderland.
Ayatollah Hermione 17238 Posted Saturday at 08:39 Share Posted Saturday at 08:39 I’d go Gordon and Murphy on the wings with Barnes as potential super sub and a view to him starting against Fulham. I do think Miley is in for this and it’ll be hard to get him out of the side from here on in. Eddie has extended too many chances to Joelinton already this season as is and he’s injured again

Eddie has extended too many chances to Joelinton already this season as is and he’s injured again For me it's clear that Joelinton has been playing through some sort of injury for a long time (groin/hip/thigh) and he's lost his acceleration and explosiveness on the ball as a result. To make up for this he's tried to increase his physicality in a way that is both ineffective and harder on his body. Howe probably should have showed the faith in Miley from earlier to allow Joelinton to get the treatment he needed to return to 100% fitness. That's hopefully what happens now, but boy it would have been nice to have both Miley and Joelinton fully fit as options through these busy weeks.

Toonpack 15593 Posted Sunday at 07:35 Share Posted Sunday at 07:35 I christened him Garry cunting Rowell as I was there when the cunt scored his hat trick at SJP and I therafter developed raging tonsilitis, having gone to the game feeling ropey, because of which I missed us then beat Charlton 5-3 next home game. But RIP I suppose.

spongebob toonpants 5193 Posted Sunday at 11:55 Share Posted Sunday at 11:55 I'm strangely calm and confident about this one. No doubt helped by the fact I'm off out for Sunday lunch with some family and friends so won't have to watch live
