I wonder if The Fish is one of Chris Moat's creations? -
Accaspacca's a deffo WUM. Now he's on to Leazes about being a skyboy. Too suspicious for words imo. Either a WUM, or someone with the mental age of a ten year old.

Sounds more like a story put out by Dekka L to prepare us for their appointment. "No it wasn't a cheap appointment, the players told us they wanted it."

Amen, brother. I have been wondering that same thing for a while now. 'We love Newcastle, we do' just sounds (sorry, M) GAY, GAY, GAY. First games in the old Leazes, then when the roof came down moved to the Gallowgate. Moved to 'the paddock' in the new stand around the age of 17/18 which was just fuckin' mental at the time. Then moved to the Gallowgate, 90% of the time in 'the corner' the rest in 'the scoreboard'. Since the new ground I have migrated all over the place, but have now settled for a place right at the back of 'the corner' (anyone hearing a big-mouthed twat at the back, it's me - come and say hello ) where I can stand all game and shout and sing to my heart's content without anyone getting upset.

Toon bid hopefuls backed by New York firm

We wait til the end of next week. I reiterate what I have been saying for a while. There was never any intention to sell. But the club is permanently available at the right price, which no-one will pay. Which is the whole crux of the matter. Ashley bought and found the debt. He wants his money back. All the talk of him writing off that £100-odd million is just tripe. -
How much is it to do with Hughton, though ? After all, he can only pick his strongest team at any one point; it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out who they are each game, such are the lack of numbers. Maybe the results are actually due to the remaining players getting their act together for once? Or maybe it's just that our players are actually better than any of the rest in The Championship, as knaccaspacca says ? Not having a go at Hughton, just putting some 'feelers' out. One thing Hughton deserves major, major credit for is hanging around this joke of a club whilst all this shit is going on.

Nother Stupid Fop 'Wittisism' ?????

It just shows what a few results do to some folk's mindset. Winning = everything is all right in the world.

"...but wherever there's a coke, there's a pepsi..." Er, no. In a pub or restaurant it's usually one or the other And are you really suggesting I fork out more for my chocolate just so some kid in Cote d'Ivory can have a better life ??? No way, Jose !!!!

I'll add mine here. Colin Firth Guys, surely you should have mentioned Davina? What actually denotes a 'MILF? If its a mother.... well, there are hot moms of 18-20 years old! Davina bloody McCall (sp) ?????? I wouldn't fuck that thing with Attain's !!! 18-20 year olds aren't worth the effort tbh. Older wimmin are where it's at. And Tom should have a banning threat put on him for posting the pic of that troll Fiona Bruce.

Allardyce close to breaking point at Newcastle

You're right though, Stevie, he does have an extremely large heed. Can't stand the fucker. -
Daft, but I wont buy any Black and Decker product, following the closer of their factory on Tyneside some years ago to take the work overseas. I also had the same ban on Dyson when they went abroad, but I'm ashamed to say I relented earlier this year following relentless nagging by mrs hips for one. Quite what was wrong with her sweeping them as usual is beyond me.

I've just been up to me dad's, who was 15 when the war broke out. He got talking about the war and air raids and told me this tale: 'A bomb dropped between the hospital and the workhouse (somewhere near Waterloo Place in Shields, where he lived) and left a huge crater, about 20 ft big, so we went to have a look. We thought all the wardens who were in the building must have been killed, but we then heard this voice "Get me out, get me out". There was a bloke with a lump of concrete on him trapping him. The air raid blokes had, by that time, turned up and the main bloke said "okay lads, back to the base to get the lifting gear". A policeman who was there probably thought "to hell with that", so got everyone in a line with linked arms and by doing that there was enough power to get the concrete lifted off the chap trapped. Unfortunately, the bloke died about two days later in hospital. Due to the bomb, there was a fractured gas main and a fire was belching out. The policeman asked if anyone had a shovel, so I told him I did. I ran home to get it and gave it to the policeman who then shovelled dirt and soil over the gas main to put the fire out. Y'know, I never did get that shovel back" He also told me that he was out with his uncle when they heard a bomb dropping close by. He said his uncle shielded him from any potential harm. Luckily, neither of them sustained any injury. Anyway, just after the bomb dropped, and my dad was against the wall being shielded by his uncle, all he could hear was tinkle, tinkle, tinkle. The bomb had caused a vaccuum, and as the air rushed in to replace the void, all the windows in the street were taken out by the wind. Just thought I'd pass those two snippets on. They may bore some folk, but I find stories like these quite fascinating.

How many points required to win the league and ...

Personally, I don't think these statistics mean a thing, just like the history of results against a particular team mean nowt on the day of the next match. I'm wondering what a few more victories will do for us. Will we get a fear factor surrounding us (a bit like Man U have), and other teams just trying not to be beaten rather than taking us on? -

My thoughts too. He cannot believe what he's seeing with us top of the league and a reduced staff/wage bill. If we get promoted, we MUST be worth more, so, as a gambler, I reckon he's less likely to want to sell right now.
