  1. That's the one! Just beats old Stone Cold Stephen Irelands lengthy Newcastle career of 22 minutes
  2. Me mate mentioned that MW3 could be in with winning GOTY. Told him to f*ck off, kicked him from the party and put it on invite only to teach him to never come out with stupidity like that ever again, I sure showed him. Skyrim FTW!
  3. Just a suggestion Deaders, do you not think it could have been noisier at night as there would have been no sounds being made elsewhere drowning it out, which is what usually happens during the day?
  4. Couldn't agree more. Hand on heart I don't think both would necessarily be promoted with their current teams. Boro got their best players and they were all shite in the CCC, look at Kris Boyd record SPL goalscorer of all time, he was in the Championship nearly 2 years and scored 10 goals. Exactly, even the best SPL players only get bought by Championship teams and then if a Premiership team buys them, its normally a team whos knocking round the lower end of the table. They only even sign Championship players and players who are struggling to get into Prem teams. Barry Robson, Boyd, Commons, Caldwell, Miller, Hooper, Goodwillie, MacDonald, Bougherra etc Edit: Have you seen their recent records in Europe aswell? It's shocking, the teams they are getting beat off are laughable.
  5. Celtic and Rangers teams are no more than Championship quality at best and the rest would struggle to compete in League 1 and 2
  6. Rather have Gosling, Guthrie, Vuckic, Abeid near the first team than him if i'm honest. He'd bring us nothing immediately nor in the future, even if he was on a free.
  7. Me brother got it last week but havent got round to playing on it due to Skyrim being awesome and Assassins Creed, plus the odd game on FIFA, but I cant wait to get on it of the missions are gonna be like that
  8. Exactly the point I was trying to get across, Taylor hasnt done anything to warrant getting dropped IMO and Santon doesnt necessarily warrant coming straight in for him neither. I dont doubt that Santon is probably a better FB than him either btw. Also for example, we all know Ben Arfa's a better footballer etc than Best, but until he got injured, Best deserved to be in the team ahead of him, no matter how long he'd been crap before he got a run in the team and how many Champions league games Ben Arfa played and how man french leagues and cups he'd won
  9. Maybe's we should drop Ba aswell then for missing 2 sitters then? Ben Arfa is a much better player than Best but people were happy not to change drop Best cos he was doing pretty decent in an unbeaten team Seems people were waiting for R Taylor to make a mistake for them to champion Santon to replace him. He's surpassed all expectations that we had at the start of the season when we started him, give him some credit man he's been no means been sh*te for us this season and doesnt warrant getting dropped on one performance. Plus if we hadn't of fannied around for weeks getting a replacement for Enrique we could have had him starting at LB from the start of the season and that why he isn't in the team, because weve done well all season and the lack of decision making getting him in quick enough.
  10. They're always down no matter what format you're on, they're the worst servers ever.
  11. Cheers Feel sorry for the lad though cos with Obertan being out this was his chance to get a run in the team and make that position his own and now he's back to square one
  12. What actually happened for him to get injured?I was too far away in the Gallowgate and it just looked like a tangle of legs when the Everton player was trying to stop the counter-attack.
  13. What if they went in for the stadium rights anarl... The Virgin Arena, the mackems will be p*ssing themselves even more if that came off
  14. Ben Arfa was winding him up about costing Arsenal the game last year when we drew 4-4.
  15. Should have really expanded on that point like but if we'd had Spains team we'd be fitting in Fabregas to play DM instead of Busquets and Torres to play striker along with Villa in place of Pedro or whoever plays on their wing
  16. Another is when the ball is set-up perfect for the volley and they either control the ball or give it a weak as p*ss header about 2 yards infront of them
  17. For the past ten or so years the managers have done the exact same thing each time they get the job and that's pick individuals instead of picking a team. The reputation of players have been put before the team for so long that other teams have passed us by in making the right changes that benefits them. See Spain, they are leaving the likes of Fabragas, Torres etc out as its good for the team, if we had them for England they'd be forced into the team at the expense of whats best also See Gerrard playing on the left for the majority of his England playing career instead of the position he's used too because the manager didnt want to drop Lampard. The managers seem too scared of the media to drop certain players, because they know that the papers etc will bang on about how we lost because so and so was left out of the team.
  18. I don't agree. Sorry. I think the owner has a blinkered view, to repeat myself again [for the likes of Toonpack, Gejon and jaysouthernmag to name 3] I think the only impression the recent run will make on Mike Ashley is that it will convince him more than ever that he is on the right lines. Along with a few other impressionable people.....he will genuinely think you can be successful in football while selling your best players and find adequate or top class replacements in the bargain bin and it will strengthen him thinking he can cash in on Colocinni, Tiote, Krul, Demba Ba and Cabaye in the longer as well as the shorter term and continue to come out of it with a good team. It won't happen. It won't work. Edit. There is a lot more I could say, and a lot more I've said. All he wants for the club is publicity and an outlet for Sports Direct, when it stops working, he will lower sights further and operate in a lower budget again, driving down wages, making more cuts, until it makes its "profit"......why should he go for a profit by owning a club playing in europe etc when he can do it by selling a decent player once a year or so instead....it doesn't take a genius to work out the impact on the playing side of the football team when the bargain bin signings stop producing the goods......and when I say "goods" I mean premiership survival because this is all he wants, to do well or even quite well on a short term basis is just a bonus for him. Get over me would you ffs? He never gets over anything man as proven by his "I told you four year ago......." posts You wanna prepare your anus, cos your in it for the long haul.
  19. I think a change in the 4-4-2 formation might need to be brought in to stop us chasing shadows, especially with Marveaux and Obertan out. If we go 4-4-2 their midfield will run the show and mean that if we went 4-4-2 our strikers would see barely any of the ball I'd keep the keeper and back four as they are and have a midfield 3 of of Cabaye + 2 of either Guthrie/Gosling/Tiote(depending if he's fit or not) and have Gutierrez and Ben Arfa as wingers with Ba upfront. I'm hopeful of something from the game but not expecting a thing
  20. Another things that annoys is aswell, is how the players on the game still cant do things first time and the number of times one of my players instead of shooting first time in the box when theres a scramble takes a friggin touch of the ball and the keeper just waltzes over and takes the ball of him. If i had a quid for everytime i shouted "f***IN HIT THE BALL MAN FFS" i'd at least have a couple hundred quid
  21. What happened to make him get the CabayeAye treatment?
