The John Lewis ad is out, so that's it, deck the halls.

Would've been fine if he'd turned off the engine.

http://www1.politicalbetting.com/index.php/archives/2014/11/04/hung-parliament-now-the-overwhelming-ge15-favourite-on-the-betfair-exchange/ Interesting times. If the SNP poll numbers in Scotland right now are in any way borne out at the GE then Labour could lose 20 MPs north of the border, and then there's the UKIP factor in the idiot havens of Essex and Kent and certain northern cities. Add to the fact that, Farage-lovers aside, no one really likes or trusts any mainstream politicians at all, and things start getting fun.

He did one day of Couch To 5K in June, that totally counts.

Rattling around the 86s now, which the internet tells me is a bit under 14 stone in old money (). Feel like the running is gradually starting to get somewhere, I snuck under 28 minutes on the flat at Edinburgh Parkrun last weekend (gorgeous course btw, not really "in" Edinburgh at all but right on the waterfront) then did the same over the local hills this morning. Still not particuarly enjoying it, still clinging on for dear life by the end, but apparently I'm getting signed up for a 10K over the even more evil hills of Greenwich Park in December whether I like it or not (Merry bloody Christmas...) so I suppose I'd better learn to like it.

If he stands up, he might accidentally end up getting his round in, so I doubt it.

Amazon. We've just been after one too. The problem with kit like that is "reasonably priced" also means looking out for what it'll consume electricity-wise. So we've started with a cheap and cheerful £35 thing that'll only extract maybe 100-200ml from the air every day, but equally it'll add less than a tenner to your monthly utility bill even if you run it 24/7. Something more powerful - the DeLonghis in the £100-200 range are meant to be good - will take far more water out of the air, but they'll use a good four times as much power. Then again, you might only need to run it occasionally if it's that good at what it's doing. Argos have them too if you're after a quick fix. Fuck, I'm middle-aged.

Needs a YT highlights reel with this as the soundtrack.

Despite your concerns, I can confirm you definitely don't look bent or like you should be singing "Streets Of Philadelphia". All the best.
