Oz's Big Balled Mags v Eddie Izzards Red Remoaning Eagles

Despite his miraculous transformation, Joelinton man. Even since his position change, he should be into double figures of league goals for the number of very good chances he has been presented with. -

I don't care how easy/cynical a PR win they might be for the club, I adore these photos. I also love how into it Mehrdad is, given that he is essentially there because he is Amanda Staveleys husband. -
I think its absolute madness that shelvey and asm are being mentioned in the same breath tbh.

I just dont see him upping his game to retake a place when he eventually gets superceded in the team. His age and attitude throughout his entire career speak to that. His current form is good enough(ish) for a europa league qualification chasing team, but not a winner of that competition, and hes not going to be better than he is now in two years.

1 year at most I think. He's done well lately but given his lack of mobility I'd expect him to be far enough down the pecking order by the start of the 23/24 season that we shouldn't keep him on the wages he'd be on.

Agreed, there was nothing at all wrong with Burn on Amartey, no hands or climbing, burn was just bigger and stronger. Other than that I'd rather than writeup was in the guardian that Louise Taylors writeup tbh. -
That pass was really good, if there had been a finish to it we'd all be talking about it. I really want to watch ASM next season, injury free with a full preseason under Howe, with continued improvement in the players around him. Saw several times against Leicester that when we bring wood back to defend set pieces, he's still an absolutely vital out ball, his running and twisting and turning gives so much time for us to get our shape back and take pressure off the defence./

I think that is definitely what you are seeing.

Im afraid you most likely have us confused with the Toontastic 3D creative storytelling app. We are not affiliated with them.

I love that we're above all of the teams that signed the players who didn't want to join us in Jan because we were too far down the league

What an unusually wholesome interview, Bruno and the interviewer both just seemed really nice. more niceness in football.

Generic small time football blather thread FOREVER
Andrew replied to Sonatine's topic in Newcastle Forum
Bad season or not, youll find practically no one in the town who wanted this, every fan loves him and what hes done for that club. You know we say about rafa or howe that they "get" the club. That's what Dyche was to Burnley. Burnleys a small, poor, town that adores its football club. Dyche got that, he got them into the PL and he kept them there, he got them into europe! Hes a no-bullshit bloke who you could still find grabbing a coffee in mcdonalds after a game and go and have a chat to. He's far and away their greatest manager of the modern era. You don't just boot someone like that so suddenly unless you have no idea what you're doing. It's a very bad sign for Burnley that this has happened. -

Aye it sounds very difficult Strawb, thats an understatement for sure. Echo what HMHM and Sammy have said, definitely look for some professional help, it's a big ask to straighten out what is going on with all that has happened with you on your own and you don't need to do it alone. Is there any way you could move your brother to somewhere closer to you rather than going back to Boro?

Well, tested positive after starting with a sore throat last night. Fortunately early enough in the isolation week from Mrs A having it that I'll probably be right by the time we could go out anyway.

So a millimetre of daylight between attacker and defender being offside is better than a millimetre of an attackers body being past the last defender? I mean...it is because it provides more advantage to attacking teams, but we're still talking measuring millimetres either way which is the irritating part of all of this isn't it? -
Aye, the population thing is a bit of a fallacy but it has helped, the vast majority of NZs population is covered in three cities all fairly tightly packed. Theres been a clear plan here since day 1 though and people have been good about following it, mixed with a bit of luck and we've done really very well.

Canterbury is 98.8% double vaxxed, 75.9% boosted as of yesterday. Not sure how that compares to the UK or different regions therein?
