This is the only quoting of your shite I will be doing just to tell you, you know nowt about football Mr Spock. Theres blokes on here myself included that have forgotten more about football than you will ever know.

Knowing where to look up stats doesn’t mean you know fuck all about football
-
Played 1.5 seasons, won the league and FA cup first season. Spent about 190 million and cleared out most of the shite. Top of the league and 1st knockout round of the champions league second season

Ere, you’re right mate well done. Fuck off

Wish he would stat himself up some mates to bore to death so we didn’t have to read his fucking diatribes.

On greenfield large scale house builders each property should have at least space for one house yeah. In social housing we do a lot of land inclusive deals on brownfield sites where housing (especially social) is in high demand. Combine demand with the lower rents we can charge and you have to put more units on the same plot to pass viability studies for homes England grants. Meaning fewer spaces/drives for parking. Not sure about the drive towards public transport but it might be a higher ups “vision” or something that that is a desire outcome buts it’s generally a practicality. The supply issue is what’s being discussed in the article, who is going to pay for the load on the grid? We already generally have to install sun stations on our larger builds but not all at the moment.

It’s a difficult one because I generally think it’s a good proposition, but including drives or designated parking for each property on certain developments makes them unfeasible financially. If we are building a block of flats with 60 units, we are never going to have the space to fit 60 spaces outside. Also for social housing like us, would we be expected to pick up standing charges via a landlords supply in times where properties are void etc?

16 shots in the first half, doubt we have had that many all season

Why are people entertaining this awful bore? -
Yeah but can you prove it with stats or not? If not your opinion is completely wrong

Not sure we will do much business with premier league clubs anyway? -
Honestly by accident. But I will let it stand

Listening to other peoples opinions on football (especially podcasts) is really boring like. Especially really earnest ones who think they are a font of knowledge.

Xavi has gone to Barcelona so scratch that one

There’s Bob hope of Trippier leaving atletico for us, they like him and he seems to be enjoying it. We desperately need a strong, mobile midfielder who can get around the pitch and give us some legs. Someone like Ndidi from Leicester but that’s a pipe dream. It would take so much pressure off the defence that they might not look so shite. -
Lived in leeds for probably the worst two years of my life. Full of miserable cunts
