  1. Kinnock’s “I warn you not to…” speech is a work of art.
  2. Looks like Ant and Dec off to a fancy dress party
  3. For clarity, the second club stuff doesn’t extend to Celtic or Rangers. Although hating them applies whether they have a second club or not
  4. I don’t actually mind Irish or Welsh Liverpool fans so much, and same goes for Scots if it’s their second team really. Even further afield in some cases. The English ones from other parts of the country to Liverpool though. Actually the ones from Liverpool as well That Tough Guy Mick or whatever he was called was a prime example
  5. I avoided the game as I’d rather they both lost. However I hate Liverpool more. Probably because their fans (particularly the plastic variety) have been irritating as fuck for the entire 40-odd years I’ve been interested in football. Also with Chelsea the more traditional fan base at least seems to realise what a set of cunts they are, almost revelling in it. Which is nothing to be admired but it’s better than the holier than thou Scouse cunts.
  6. Just needs Deano’s input for a landscape gardening pov
  7. Gemmill’s Everton prediction was used in mitigation at the appeal 👍🏻
  8. Didn’t he live right next to where the bodies were found? When the first lad was killed he only got done for perverting the course of justice. Then killed the next two while out on bail? Even then they didn’t connect it to him. The coroner even said there was evidence of the bodies being moved in at least a couple of the cases iirc. Outrageous, man
  9. The second one with a suicide note explaining the first death. Which wasn’t even written by the person and they didn’t even get that checked out. Just an assumption they were into taking loads of drugs because, of course, every single young gay man is. The fucking mates and families of the victims did more to solve it than the coppers. The police involved will still be detectives in the met. At the very least the last lad should’ve been saved. The perpetrator was even known to the police. It boils my fucking piss stuff like that. Young lives that should never have been ended thanks to cunt coppers not even coming close to doing their jobs
  10. They’ll come up with bollocks about treating each case on its particular set of circumstances. They didn’t even have a set deadline for how long it takes them to decide whether or not to approve a takeover. They won’t want to paint themselves into a corner where it might cost a team the title in the future
  11. They’re not going to know what to think if they hear about the entirely fictitious support the then nonexistent Sunderland gave to the Scots in the English civil war.
  12. And every single English monarch since is directly descended from them anyway iirc
  13. I find it grimly fascinating that people can be obsessed with British colonial and military history whilst knowing so little about it. It’s the same people who think paying for a package holiday should give you free rein in a foreign country
  14. I bet they’ve got they’ve got a 10 year old plastic poppy attached to the front of their white transit
  15. Much like the person who posted that on RTG then
  16. Breakfast in a bao bun, sprinkled with cocaine

    Cooking

Didn’t have Parmesan, used the sweepings off the chiropodist’s floor instead
  18. It’s the hope that kills you. Well what actually killed England was not getting another 50+ runs in the second innings. And not getting a wicket or two before the close yesterday. Tbh, given India’s ridiculous test form at home, I’d have been happy with England being competitive before the series started. But they’ve had opportunities to at least be level going into the last test
  19. Haven’t actually seen that but I know the case you’re talking about. I would say it was prejudice and ineptitude in equal measure. Which is par for the course for the Met
