Dr Gloom replied to Jimbo's topic in General Chat

he's proven now. i think he was still a bit of a risk when we bought him, despite his goals in a short period, given it was only 5 months and there was a lot of speculation about his dodgy knee.

that's one of the rumours going round. it seems either 1 - he's been a naughty boy and played away from home 2 - his mrs is ill 3 - he's trying to engineer a move.

We don't really do squad building. Tends to be one in, one out as far as the first team is concerned. I'm struggling to remember the last time we had two left-footed left backs on the books.
-
either way, it's all set up for a superb final 8 episodes
-
it's looking like it's going to end in tears, which i think is the natural conclusion given walt's story arch. it would be a shame if it went all hollywood and they ended up living happy ever after.
-
call me cynical but it seems odd that this story has come out the day we miss out on our number 1 transfer target of the window.

it's the thing behind gerard depardieu bizarre russian adventure

there's one goal in there like that classic van basten volley in the euros

yup. these are the sorts of games you have to be winning if you want to stay up. worrying if we can't find enough to dispatch this lot at home.

we've missed his threat from set pieces like. some of anita's corners recently have been woeful
